Good basic hotel in the center of Palermo. In great walking distance from a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel is fairly clean, but the rooms are small. Good budget hotel

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, pero la atención de los recepcionistas daba mucho que desear. Pedimos un desayuno para celíacos y nos dieron galletas de arroz y yerba mate. Terrible servicio de desayuno. La chica que atendía estaba más ocupada en limpiar una mesa que en atendernos a nosotros. El baño tenía agua fría y eso que nos bañamos a las tres de la mañana. No contaba con secador de pelo y el cambio de sábanas y toallas se hacía día por medio.

Las habitaciones pueden ser mejorables, pero no están mal. Las duchas en el baño están "atadas con alambre".. No fueron planificadas.

Muy amable y atento el personal del hotel. Desayuno decente. Las habitaciones tenían un poco de olor a humedad y los baños eran pequeños pero para una estadía corta era aceptable. Ubicación muy buena.

Bueno y barato. Olvidate lo de bonito. Es como esa chica que te levantaste en la disco una hora antes de que cierren y tu amigo te pregunta si estaba buena y vos le decis es re piola. Y el vuelve a preguntar= Pero estaba buena? No sabes lo piola que era

Buena ubicación. La habitación para 3 era muy chiquita y el baño no tenía ducha armada. Limpio, desayuno normal, buena atención.

Muy lindo el hotel, lo recomiendo. Lo mejor de todo fue la atención en la recepción. Las chicas muy atentas, me ayudaron y me aconsejaron que hacer frente a todos los problemas que tuve en Bs As. Los felicito por la atención.

Muy buen trato. Desayuno muy rico. Habitaciones simples pero comfortables. Servicio de limpieza todos los dias. Para hacer los tramites para la visa es muy recomendable

Las intalaciones del hotel son antiguas, pero funsiona todo correctamente El servicio q ofrece es muy bueno Ofrecen un excelente desayuno y muy completo
Está ubicado en una zona muy buena, y comoda para quienes necesiten hacer el tramite de la Visa

First of all, the location of the hotel is not bad.. The rooms aren't as good, but they're ok. The staff is terrible, they changed my reservation, they never called me, they just sent me an email which I couldn't even reply to. I went there personally to make a reservation for 10 days, they told me that the price would be 85uss per night, then they emailed me saying that 'The staff made a misunderstanding' and that I would be charged more instead of 85. I called and I couldn't get in contact with anyone, they wouldn't answered. Same happened with the emails.

Out of all of the hotels in the Palermo area, I would recommend if you would just look somewhere else. The prices aren't good, the staff sucks, the place isn't as good as the other ones, etc.
