Lovely and quaint boutique hotel. Excellent and friendly staff. Room was very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommended staying at Hotel Fierro.

I can't say enough great things about the facilities and service at Fierro Hotel. Before arriving there had been an issue with our reservations due to some updates done in December. This could have been a disaster but instead Juan, the guest services manager, turned it into the best customer service experiences I've had. Juan and the rest of the team at Fierro Hotel made sure to rectify the situation with a more than suitable solution. Apart from going above and beyond to make sure our experience wasn't tainted due to a technological error, the regular services offered were wonderful. The food at UCO restaurant from the included breakfast to the three course meals are delectable. Any questions we had about the city and how to get around were answered by the knowledgable staff. Lastly, Juan helped us to get any amenities we needed that did not fit the regular hotel schedule. The experience at Fierro was lovely for my colleague and myself, we both highly recommend this hotel.

Fierro Hotel has amazing accommodations, a very good restaurant downstairs, and the very best feature is the staff. The staff was always checking with us and providing great local recommendations whether for our morning coffee or evening dinner. Look forward to the next time!

Amazing staff, luxurious rooms, phenomenal all around I cannot express with words how great of a hotel this is. You just have to stay here to find out what traveling in luxury really means.
