A very good place o stay. Polite service, english speaking personnel, cosy rooms with sometimes unexpected disposition of bathroom and the toilet. Very confortable disposition to get almost anywhere. nice view both from the room and especially from the top floor.

A good basic central hotel for the Madero district of Buenos Aires. Good for walking around Puerto Madero and the central business district - not many facilities beyond accommodation and no food or drink in the hotel other than breakfast. Also found the reception staff a bit supercilious.

It's a reasonably cheap hotel in this expensive city.

Staff are really good. If you have ever been in a foreign land with no grasp of the language this is even better than cost. going out of their way to give directions and pointers on what to see/do

I would have rate this -5 stars but 1 the lowest I can rate. Wow, wow. The only good thing about this hotel is that it’s close to the port to go to Uruguay. Had I known the experience I was going to have I would have stayed in the country across the river, Uruguay.

First and foremost, the customer service in this hotel is garbage. The representives are not helpful, starting with the concierge to the self proclaimed “gerente” (General Manager). The “breakfast” is another issue, but to be honest the disguising coffee was probably the best part of this old hotel. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES, the rooms are not what it looks like in the pictures of any site, Expedia, trip advisor, google, etc.

This a beautiful country, but if I can talk anyone out of coming here I would. But if your mind is set to come, please please pay additional money and stay at a renounced hotel and take that L there and not while your checking out.

My experience: well the hotel had mosquito infested rooms, old beds, dirty rough towels, no AC, and to top it off, they literally charge an arm and a leg for everything, specially because I am American. Picture this, $290 USD for the room and over $800USD for laundry service of 50pcs of clothing which amounts to 13USD PER Article of clothing, and most of it were socks and undergarments. Needless to say I would advise everyone from staying here at this hotel.

    Keep searching!

Why will you pay an international premium for a hotel that is old and dirty, all furniture is damaged by humidity, all lights inconsistent colours and type, power plugs hidden behind your bed, tv cable impossible to see clearly the best of this hotel was the photographer I arrived from an international flight with over 40kg luggage asked for help. and a big silence just a comfortable grey suited guy asking about my documents I did all the three rounds to bring my stuff alone Argentine gentleness all gone. think twice a place and a name does not hide a scam. On international standards I'll pay for this 25u$s only if I can't find other think twice many other options in san Telmo around the corner.. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Nice place to stay for B&B but make arrangements for your lunch and dinner. Their restaurants open only in the morning for breakfast and this is not written anywhere in there website

The hotel is ok. It's close to San Telmo fair, but far from other places. It's not exactly in Porto Madero. The build is old, but inside is everything clean and the staff is great. Taxis and Uber doesn't see the hotel, it's not so visible. I recommend this if you already know Buenos Aires, not for the first time.

It is advertised as a 4 star hotel however it is far from it. Very sttractive upon entrance but never judge a book by its cover. Daily, our towels and bed linen were dirty, torn and we were only given 1-2 towels between 4 adults. Blood stains found on fresh bed linen. Lifts felt unsafe - made noises and never stopped in line with the floor. Breakfast was stale and food taken away daily 5 mins before finishing time. Horrible hotel. Worst I've stayed in.
