Great boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. The staff and owner are very accommodating and made us feel right at home. My wife and son would have a wonderfully prepared breakfast every morning on the terrace. In the afternoon, the staff would make my wife a mate (Argentine tea) which we would enjoy with pastries. The rooms are spacious and quaint. The hotel was also close to some phenomenal restaurants. If we return to BA, we are most definitely staying at Vain Boutique Hotel.

Excellent accomodation at a great price. You were panpered by the geeat service and amenities provided. Will certainly recommend to anybody we know visiting Buenos Aries.

Very nice little hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff and welcome. The hotel is very relaxing and pleasant if a little tired. Could do with a bit of maintainance in the bathroom especially. Very good value minibar!! Aires con wasn't very effective in our room donit was pretty hot at night!

The location is excellent, as are the rooms and the included breakfast. The hotel is very cute and functional and there's even a jacuzzi in the rooftop terrace! The staff are attentive although we had a bad experience on asking them to book stuff for us.

When I arrived to this hotel my room is horrible. It is in a "semi floor", "mezzanine" or "in between floors" and had none of the architecturally interesting and character details I saw in the pictures. I only booked this hotel because of the character and charm I saw in the pictures. I stayed the first night in this room but for the second night they were able to change my room into a nice one. The staff was really nice and helpful and the rest of the stay was great.

The upstairs lounge was a great asset to this boutique hotel. And the staff. Super nice, did the extra mile when needed and made our stay pleasurable. Also we liked the breakfast. Although the choice wasn't a lot it sure was more than other hotels we've been in Latin-America. And all combo's were possible.
We expected the room to be a bit bigger than the pictures. The baby cot just barely fitted in the room. The doors of most of the rooms are actually also the windows. A big mirror would make the room feel less tiny. Also there was only 1 bottle of filtered water. In a land where you can't drink tapwater we thought the hotels would provide (more) bottled water. Also the pool is actually a Jacuzzi. Not the best option to have.response / report this review -

Excellent accueil, le personnel donne, en particulier, beaucoup d'indications sur le quartier de Palermo Soho et plus largement, sur les endroits à visiter à Buenos-Aires. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. L'agencement intérieur est très sympa, avec un jacuzzi sur le toit. Enfin, l'ambiance est très agréable, beaucoup plus que dans un hôtel international, plus intime et plus chaleureuse. Bref, mon choix préféré à Buenos-Aires.

En Palermo Soho, con caracterÃsticas arquitectónicas del barrio, excelentemente refaccionado a hotel boutique. Muchos detalles cuidados. Desayuno a la carta variado y de calidad. Hermosa terraza con un salón para relax y jacuzzi exterior. Lo recomiendo

Incredibly welcoming boutique hotel. Friendly, helpful staff; delicious breakfast; bright, comfortable public areas. Good neighborhood with lots of restaurant choices, near the metro. A really comfortable stay for a single traveler.

The hotel is in a renovated old building in the middle of Palermo - very charming, clean, reliable WiFi and only two blocks away from the subway for trips around the city. It's also within walking distance to Tango milongas. I enjoyed my stay in BsAs and would recommend staying here, especially if you don't want to stay in an overly touristy area.
