Really falling apart. Cheap, of course (that's why you're looking at this place admit it), but really falling apart. Cold rooms with peeling paint. Bathrooms admittedly clean but that was when nobody else was staying in the hotel apart from me. If I was going to back to Gjirokastra I'd pick elsewhere. Shamsi is a wonderful man, though (the waiter cum host who runs the bar next door). We had some good conversations. Just wish he was in charge of a better establishment!
