Nous avons séjournes deux nuits (18-19 mai 2018) dans cette hôtel. Très propre, très grandes chambres, accueil très chaleureux de la part du personnel et en particulier du patron Arben et son épouse. Rapport prix-qualité excellent. Petit déjeuner buffet grand choix. Je garde de bon souvenir de cette hôtel. Je recommande sans hésitation à tout le monde au passage à Saranda-Albanie.

Wspaniały hotel i cudowne miejsce. Bardzo czysto, przemiła obsługa, smaczne śniadanie, bardzo blisko plaży. Beni i Wera są the best, uśmiechnięci, uprzejmi, po prostu NAJLEPSI!

Buyer Beware- inaccurate description on website. Hotel is NOT beachfront and checkout time is NOT 11AM as listed online, but rather 10AM as listed on the "rules and regulations" sheet in each room. Also on this sheet, you will note that towels and sheets are NOT changed daily but once every three days.
Even with the deceptive marketing, we decided to stay at this hotel. On the last day, while I was eating my breakfast at 8:30 AM, the maid came over to me asked for my key. I told her that I would not be leaving until the 10 check out time and needed my key. After breakfast, i go to my room only to find the door wide open and the maid stripping the sheets and cleaning the room. I was told that the owner told her to clean my room because other guests were waiting to take it.
i told the maid that I paid for my room and would not be leaving at 8:30. She called the owner over the phone and I could hear her saying to him "Yes, i told her that there were others waiting." I called the company that I booked the hotel from and they tried calling the owners directly and was hung up on. In all my years of international travel, I have never been kicked out of a hotel room an hour and a half prior to checkout because another guest was waiting.
Potential Buyers- There are many beautiful properties in Saranda that are actually located on the beach. I highly recommend you save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.response / report this review -

Miejsce super, lokalizacja idealna. Pokoje czyste i codziennie sprzątane. Wyżywienie bardzo dobre. Hotel nowy praktycznie i zadbany. Polecam
