The location and food were fantastic. We went early so we could see the sunset. Wow just amazing. The food portions were very good. We started out with the brie. If we had known it was so much we one have ordered one for the four of us instead of one for each couple. I had the chicken and it was very tasty and a nice size. Finished with pineapple cheese cake and wow. I loved how creamy it was.
For drinks we had pina colada, strawberry daiquiri. They were both very tasty.
We averaged about 100 usa for each meal which is not bad for a fantastic experience that the place offered.
Beautiful place and great atmosphere. The staff was friendly. It's a bit pricey but worth it for the views. The food is ok. Worth a trip.
Delicious, savoury dishes, great views and great ambience, as well as fantastic service. Loved it. Easily one of my favourite restaurants in Antigua.
Great spot, unparalleled view, very nice food and service! Beach here is the best. Highly recommended
We are staying at Cocobay Resort, which Sheer Rocks is located inside. While our vacation is all inclusive and eating at Sheer is extra, we’ve eaten there 3-4 times and are having dinner there again tonight. The tapas menu and the tasting menu are both excellent. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t be disappointed! Keep in mind, before you faint, the prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean dollars, not USD so it’s extremely reasonable.
Delicious food with different seating options; tables, beds, stools. Perfect sunset watching deck. A public shore is close by.
Very scenic. Great food. Romantic. Be sure to reserve a daybed for cocktails before your dinner
Beautiful place, literally hanging over the water. Lovely service, outstanding food. Recommend the tasting menu with the wine paring. Pricey, but worth it.
Picture-perfect setting that is somehow even better in person than the photos. The bar staff can whip up a mean cocktail and the tapas menu would be at home among London's best restaurants (it's not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and location). All that's left to do is book a room at Cocobay next door!
Amazing view. Definitely a must see place in Antigua. Is the best bar/lounge ever. Great food, relaxing, light music and breath taking atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing. Great location with a breathtaking view. Outstanding food & cocktails. Lunch menu is great, dinner is even better. Lovely staff and even the head chef Simon made a point if meeting all the guests. (Slightly pricey but everything seems to be on this island)
Simply wonderful. Beautiful views, great service and wonderful food.
Very nice restaurant on the resort. Staff made my sisters birthday very nice . Food was great and the atmosphere was amazing. Would recommend to anyone visiting Antigua.
If you have been to the cliffs barbados -try here .. half the price and twice the flavour ! Delicious
Superb location. Great views. Wonderful food. Get a daybed and relax.
Great food, kind and gracious service, gorgeous setting and fairly priced. Sheer Rocks was the diamond of the visit.
It was our last day in Antigua so they opened earlier for us in order to have one final good experience during our vacation. Â It more than made up for a somewhat disappointing week in Antigua. Thank you Kate.
Sheer Rocks leads the list of why I would return to Antigua. Â I wish we had started there. Â The nearby Coco Bay looked beautiful.
Stunning location, unique dishes
Sheer Rocks was one of the highlights of our trip! We dined here both for dinner and for lunch (they offer two separate menus; tapas is only offered at lunch, which I enjoyed a lot more than the a la carte dinner menu). It is a bit pricy, but the views (don't go too late in the evening, you miss the gorgeous ocean views) and benefits of booking a day bed/ plunge pool for the afternoon free if you dine with them is worth it! Great cocktails and good food!
Great location but that really didn't overwhelming us as we were staying at Tamarind Hills nearby that's simply outstanding. But the service here and food is exceptional. Our favorites are goat curry, garlic shrimp, and Chocolate souffle. The goat curry had crispy okra and also soft cooked okra, potatoes and carrots that made the curry very special tasting.
Sorry to be a party-pooper, but SR didn't knock our socks off, despite anticipation. We didn't try the tasting menu but to be fair the al la carte was more varied than normal. However, the food offered was hardly top-notch and certainly not for the the pricing involved. Service was friendly but somewhat erratic, though certainly not enough to spoil the ambience and the amazing sunset views. For a pricey restaurant with obvious ambition, the suggestion from our visit was they need to perhaps smarten up their game and not rest on laurels and the surroundings. With the sun down, we left before dessert rather disappointed, knowing that we had eaten better elsewhere on the island. Little notes: why insist on booking us for 630pm when the restaurant wasn't even half full two hours later. Why make a cocktail with a prime ingredient missing (orange juice!!) and then have it sent back? Why no mango available for cocktails as others did?
The food, the view, the ambiance everything was lovely
Great atmosphere, food, drinks and music!
Best restaurant in Antigua. Stunning location and views, excellent food and drinks, and fantastic service.
