  Nice location, great concept, however need refurbishing, e.g. lamp shades need replacing, bed sheets are of poor quality, need 50/50 percale sheets. Also more deep cleaning needed, door frames need wiping down, grout in tiles need scrubbing, kitchen cupboard door handles needs cleaning.
