had the most horrible experience in all my years of going to theaters. I'm watching Avengers: Endgame and in the climax of the movie, it sticks.I'm like wait am I paying for bootleg? not only does it stick once, but 5 times.at this point I'm upset, but I don't want to get up and miss anything..there were no ushers around to tell the movie is stickingat the end, I asked for the manager.I spoke to the supervisor at first who said "we should've reported it" and there's nothing that can be done..the manger then came after she apparently was "busy" and basically didn't believe what we were saying, while there were other people expressing the same views.she just gave us tickets to watch the show again, but that is definitely pointless as it has ruined the entire movie. if I wanted to watch something sticking, I could've stayed home and streamed it online, and granted, I wouldn't have that problem. Your staff needs training specifically your manager, doesn't know how to deal with a situation.

Not a bad place for your first date. They sport some pretty good food outside and theater food isn't that bad either. Rated only 4 stars because they need to step up to 4D and start have more movie props for photo moments rather that the regular posters. And their arcade isn't all bad, has the basic games.

Always Great Time to have a Movie Night at the Caribbean Cinemas.
8 Great Cinema Rooms Equipped by High Standards.
However If you want to enjoy the Movie I will recommend to Never go on a Tuesday which is Their Special Day, just because is too Crowded and it will take you forever to get a Drink or Buy the Tickets. I will also say Friday and Saturday are not the best days as well. So any other day Go for it.

The queuing is really slow and the food is really expensive. It's outrageous. The food service is slow also. Poor service and a high cost. The cinema itself is very well put together and the screens are great. About 8 screens so it's a good chance you will get to see what you want most times.

8 screening rooms, huge concession stand with multiple staff manning it, ushers in uniform, updated now showing websites, ability to purchase tickets early, they accept cards, security, vast well lit parking lot. -1 star because the most convenient parking spots are huge, deep puddles whenever it rains and the speedbumps are way too sharp.

There are 8 big screens, an arcade, with the usual veriety if confectioneries on sale. The seats are comfortable, the movies start on time and show with great quality. There is a Tuesday night special where ticetsare only $11.

Went to watch Black Panther, it was awesome!! Popcorn was delicious as only movie theater popcorn can be. The service was great, attendants were also very helpful, polite and kind. Had a great time.

Soemtines the concession line is slow and they need to do some maintenance but otherwise perfect place to catch the latest films. New releases every Thursday. Not a place to catch an indie film though.

My first experience of the whole IMAX 3D was breathtaking and immersive at the same time, I felt a part of the whole sceneries.
The Games and Restaurant areas added to the experience also.

This modern Cinema is a welcome addition to the going out options especially for the younger generation. I enjoyed myself a lot and so did the others with me.

Being able to screen several movies at the same time improved the appeal, So the family members can all watch their age appropriate movie and meet up afterwards.

The facilities were quite comfortable, spacious and up to date. Having a giant container of popcorn and enjoying the spectacle, well that's the life.

The tickets and snacks are fairly priced, but the fact that they only accept cash. Makes it a bit hard on people like who doesn't like to handle cash in hand.

The food needs some attention with regard to value to quality and quantity. The place is designed alright, however the interior infrastructure can use a facelift. I would say, it's a fair experience.

Good food especially the *Hotdog* popcorn is an always, nachos is also good, variety of drinks. The arcade is fun but I'm too old for most games. The atmosphere is not too bad, depending on what time you go for. Customer service is good. To me I think that there should be more seating areas, so that person could sit and wait for their movie to start airing. I agree with the bowling alley, but it doesn't have to be to that extent cause it's costly at least something for the older teenage group and even the adults too. One problem would be the power outage when electricity is off, backup generator could work a little bit faster.
