I used to be quite happy patronizing Dubai Pet Food. But for the last one year I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. Food runs out of stock, some food items are discontinued, customer service sucks. Landlines are not reachable. Mobile phones are not answered. I am on the lookout for an alternate pet food supplier.

Helpful friendly staff and a great selection of products. There's one thing though that would make the shop better, if they offered discounts in several times over the year and on all products. This last one was advertised as 25% on cats trees but when I reviewed the ones available it was maximum 20% and not on the big ones.

Very big start with lots of varieties, friendly staff, it is a bit in an isolated place. I would totally recommend checking their online store as almost everything is available there, and they would do free delivery for orders about 100 AED so if you plan your pet stocking accordingly you won’t have to worry about a last run to the stop for supplies! Everything you pet needs will be delivered to you at home. This may sounds as advertisement, but I am just a usual customer from 2011 and found this shop offers best items with convenience :)

Wonderful store with a great variety of items for all of your pet's needs! I have never been to the store itself because we live in Abu Dhabi and we buy our cats' food and litter online. The service is excellent and delivery is fast (usually in 24 hours) and free if your order 100 aed or more!! Love this store and I HIGHLY recommend to others!

Tried to scam me, bought over 2000 AED of supplies including a fish tank with a stand and many other stuff, how did they try to reward me? By offering me to buy a beautiful black ghost fish for 100 AED instead of 150 AED, pretty sweet right? Not until i went the next day to lulu center by mall of the Emirates where there's a small fish pet store who sell the same exact fish for 30 AED before discount, how shameful is it to try to scam a good paying customer in this manner, disgusting

This pet shop provides a wide variety of pet supplies in good quality. The customer service is one of the best from most online shops in the UAE. Quick and flexible delivery as well as quick returns and replacement of product. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Same day delivery was so impressed. Good quality products all round. Love it and highly recommended! Ignore the reviewers who say bad service or overly priced (most of them only have 1 review, sounds fishy) - it is actually well priced compared to the stores even after delivery charges. And you do not get many brands in the shops.

The only online pet store that has same day delivery. I ordered at 7.30am and stated "same day delivery" and they were at my door around 2pm. In comparison to other online pet store, I think they have some of the better selection of products with decent prices. I will be using them for my pet related purchase from now on.
