They sold me an infected rabbit. After 10 days from buying him He started scratching himself and noticed hair lose and after seeing the vet he told me no way he is so infested in two weeks time, he had the mites when I bought him and it became worse. They do not check their pets before selling them to customers. Totally un professional.

WARNING. If you love your pet please do not go to petzone!!! They gave an almost expired adult dog food for our 2 month old puppy!!! Asked for an exchange or replacement but refused. They are cheating customers who trust them. Please dont get your money wasted here

This is where i used to take my cat for grooming until he got WORMS from them. I am sure its from this shop because my cat is indoor, bath him myself regularly, and the infection was on his foot. The poor thing was put in isolation For. Three. Weeks.

Needless to say, i never took him there ever again.

After two occasions of cutting and grooming at Petzone, my dog has had hot spots and cysts removed. My vet suggested that the hygiene may not be satisfactory with sterilising etc. Today I decided to take my dog and see for myself. She was PETRIFIED, shaking uncontrollably which I had never seen in two years of taking her to her old groomers. The place was filthy, the staff walked out with massive gloves on which looked like builders gloves.I hightailed it out of there and felt compelled to caution other owners to be aware!
