  This message is for Mercato mall branch and also I heard another one in Dubai Mall
  How you humans can make a living out of selling animals while keeping them in an underground place ? No sun light no fresh air ?! I’m absolutely disgusted and furious .
  You should be Humane
  Parrots , cats and dogs don’t see day light and only garage and car lights
  I feel so sad
  I’m sure you have enough means to open up perhaps in shop outside , a villa or anything that gives these poor animals their minimal right
  Let alone selling pets for a phenomenal price yet your staff know nothing about them , their breed , their pedigree tree hence selling them for such price

  Unfortunately I had a bad experience with one of the groomers man-handling my puppy in a terrible manner, however the only reason I am giving a 5 star review for Pets Plus is because your manager at the Sheikh Zayed Road branch is an awesome manager!!! Probably one of the best managers I have EVER come across who takes her job seriously, who deserves to hold this position and who handled my complaint regarding 1 of your groomers professionally. I will DEFINITELY be back ONLY because of the kindness and professionalism she showed me today. Unfortunately I did not get your name but I wish to Thank You for the great service and handling of my complaint I really appreciate it!!!

  To locate, exit as if going to Mall of emirates (driving North on SZR towards Dubai) take Umm Suquiem road (Lulu Supermarket will be on right hand side), take next U-turn, then go into driveway on right where you see Aesthetic Interiors (about 4rth set of shops after U-turn). Pets Plus will be on directly behind Aesthetic Interiors (furniture shop).
  
  Very well managed place, great staff. Really good grooming services, my dog always seems happy coming out of there (and he is grumpy). Not a great selection of dog food, the usuals only.

  Very helpfull and friendly staff. I had my dog groomed today, very good cut and good price.
  Direction was not clear on the phone. Its opposite Lulu supermarket on the main road.
