Honestly I wasnt expecting that. the place is nice and very decorative but all the staff are lost especially the receptionist. I just came from my appointment.
i had a 60 minutes massage but they got lost they dont know who does the massage so i told them to just do 30 minutes my back only. The masseuse had hard hands she kept hurting me wasnt relaxing at alllll !! No music no good smell. Now for the nails it was ok but the nail polishes are all ruined and old but I had to go with flow, so my nails turned out so thick and ruined but i wanted to finish and leave because I had enough.
And now im going to another salon to change polish because they are awful please change your whole set of polish or just close !!
I honestly wont be visiting again the jlt branch I was disaapointed.response / report this review -

Horrible management. Waited almost an hour from when I booked. No one even came to tell me anything. Not even offer tea! I blow dried have my own hair as no one came me until 12 (my appointment was at 11). Very unprofessional place.

Quality of manicures and pedicures are excellent with great nail polish selection. Staff is very friendly and experienced. The place is clean and atmosphere is peaceful and cozy.

Quality of manicures and pedicures are excellent with great nail polish selection. Staff is very friendly and experienced. The place is clean and atmosphere is peaceful and cozy. I've also had eyebrow and upper lip threading done by them. I will come back to try their gel manicures :)

The ambiance and overall services are fantastic but haircut and styling was a huge disappointment unfortunately I don't recommend to have haircut at this place

The best salon/spa in Dubai! there is a promo going on this month for which you can get 3 treatments for only 155AED. You can choose from the following: mani, pedi, massage, parrafin for hand, full arm & under arm, full face threading & callus treatment. Great service & not even that pricey. I'll definitely be going here again!
