It was very fantastic n staffs were very cooperative n highly professionalized. I enjoy the sessions of aroma therapy massage n Moroccan bath. It was really awesome experience especially Vaneeda did her signature therapy n really I felt relaxed n smooth experience. Thanks a lot. Surely I’ll revere n visit again

From the moment you enter you are made to feel warm and welcomed. A very professional reception setup. The massage was as requested and Sreya the therapist amazing. They have different packages to suit your needs and are decently priced.

We have been visiting Soul senses spa for almost more than 2 years. But my visit to this branch was first time. Have seen the signage lot of times but visiting it really elevated my expectation. Its a vast Spa, extremely clean and hygienic. The entrance is very welcoming and reception area is beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and they support your queries. They show you better options according to your body issues. The massage options are really good and you can also buy Groupon vouchers for the same. There are separate male and female sections. Theere are single and couple rooms and the therapists are highly professional and trained. Every therapist is trained to act according to the standards. The massage rooms are totally hygienic and splendid and relaxing. The massages are much better at the other branches but this one's better too. Also, don't forget to end your massage with some nice green tea or lemon tea. Honest review.overall must visit.

Me and my partner went for a couple deep tissue massage session. It was an amazing experience from our masseuse Angie and Elly who are very skilled with their techniques! Nice warm tea offered to us after the treatment too! We would definitely come back every month or twice a month! Prices are super friendly as well! Thanks to Bina and Sara as well for making our booking smooth and easy. If you're in Dubai, visiting this spa is a MUST! ♥️

I stayed at H while in Dubai for Dubai World Cup at end of March. A friend and I visited the spa inside H and were found the staff including both management professional, friendly and attentive. They offered choice of oil ends in advance and gave us a tour in advance to. Get really acquainted with the facilities Abla the manager followed up after our visit to insure that we had a pleasant experience and offered additional information on Dubai that proved to be very valuable. The spa staff exceeded our expectations and provided recognition and reassurance to my friend and I throughout our time in the hotel

Never forget this perfect massage. I'v never seen a massage like this, at least in UAE. The price is a little bit high, but the employees are trained very well as professional. I hope to visit again and received a massage from Adel.

After going through a couple of stress work schedule, I was badly needed a rejuvenation , recreation and relaxation. My friend suggested me to Soul Senses Spa and I finally visited them.. genuinely saying I was so impressed ! At first glance itself the smoothing ambience of this Spa conquered my heart . The ambience of the spa, beginning from its lobby to the massage room is very good with soothing background music and dimly lit lights everywhere.
The staffs at this Spa could only be tagged as friendly and truly professional . I was given an aroma therapy massage that involved a gentle stroke promoting relaxation and must say it stimulated my energy levels, instilled deep relaxation and brought back balance to the body and mind Simply impressed by the magical hands of the therapist .She is very good at the technique and knowledge of this therapy.. I didn't realize 60 mins flying by!
In a nutshell the service, ambience and quality of décor are top notch. On the ground of my experience I could say that Soul Senses Spa is a pioneer in the deliverance of the best service combined with the concept of ancient glory and luxury . Highly recommended !

Soul Senses Spa is near to my place.
Location is very good. Staff is also polite .
Massage is awsome with peaceful music.
I relax my self with spa and soul completely.
Massage lover really should try with soul senses spa and enjoy the peace.

Every one in this world wants to looks very very special always and evryone loves to be treated specially. I prefer Soul Senses Spa is the best place .. one of the best experience i had . And i guarantee you that you will experience amazing pampering. The staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommended very calm and friendly atmosphere.. what else we need for relaxing. I booked a 60 Min Aromatherapy Massage at the Soul Senses Spa, Bur Dubai Branch on my birthday and was so glad I did :)
Right from entering the Spa & walking through the doors was simply magical! The ambience of the Spa was so relaxing & peaceful. I loved the Buddha fountain at the welcome area.
As I entered the massage room, it was very clean & cozy. The staff welcomed me with a smile. The Aromatherapy massage was one of the best massage I’ve ever had. It helped me to relax & de stress myself. I came out refreshed, relaxed and I felt absolutely amazing!
I Highly recommend the Soul Senses Spa. Not only do they have an amazing staff, but I've been going for years and they are always consistent. They make every guest feel special, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave.response / report this review -

Soul Senses Spa & Wellness really deserves my 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was the very first spa experience for me in UAE and really gave me the very best services ever! Really I got lucky to have their smooth and warm welcome, with the scent of their place that I cannot forget So lovely & calming essence which I cannot find in other spa places. Really had a very great experience plus the staff are very kind and perfect services indeed! Really looking forward to smell that scents again and get the stress reliever massage & spa😍😘 Loved It!

The absolute worst and unprofessional masseuses I've ever encounteredEVER! And worst massage ever!
I booked a couple's massage for my husband and I, and yes, they do make you pay before you even go in. Things were fine until we went into the room.
We were given the disposable underwear but I always rather keep mine on so I did. The two masseuses walked in , we were lying on the massage tables covered with the towels at that point, so each of them held the disposable underwear, spoke to her colleague in their own language and laughed, then my masseuse walked to my table and simply removed my towel to see what I was wearing or not wearing under there! Yup, just like that!! then she told me that she will be putting oil so I told her that it was okay with me an that I prefer to keep my underwear on. Then, the massage started. I spoke to my masseuse asking her to focus on my shoulders and neck area and in the most disrespectful way and tone she responded: "I know madam". (like shut up madam, I know what I'm doing!).
This was not the end of it. For the full hour during our massage the 2 masseuses kept talking to each other in their own language and laughing like they were in a street market!! How can you relax when two people are chatting and laughing out loud over your head?!!
Not only it was impossible to relax, the massage was terrible! My masseuse had LONG NAILS and I repeatedly had to tell her: you're SCRATCHING me!
My husband and I wish we just left in the middle. We just wanted to get out of there! What a terrible experience!
I seriously have never ever (in all the countries I visited not only in Dubai) encountered worse masseuse ethics!! Very impolite and disrespectful and so unprofessional!!

I went for Spa in Soul, such a beautiful spa, i did Aloe vera scrub, Full body massage completely makes skin look smooth and shiny for a youthful appearance.They use creams and oils that contain all natural ingredients. Your experience will be wonderful if you decide to try this spa. I highly recommend it..m happy
