  Worst Customer service. No one answers any extensions & if answered the call would be deliberately cut from their side. Extremely disappointed.

  I was happy to find ZF dealer in dubai. i called to ask for transmission oil change, the representative answered me their workshop do not have this service. Then i asked to purchase transmission oil he replied ( i will give you one workshop number in sharjah) and they will take care:). Do You think that sound NORMAL? I'm looking to get reply from this branch manager.
