Appalling service. I went there 3 days ago (01.07.17) and there were 2 employees. One guy and one lady. Guy was busy with a customer and then the lady (Filipina) who was free has turned her back on us and was arguing on the phone for 25 minutes. Probably had a fight with her boyfriend or something. I mean seriously. Are you a professional?? And you get paid for that? Shame!! We just left.

Horrible customer service. My thoughts are if the staff were incentivized they might care a little more about the customers to not sit and Walt 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I'll take my business to the other travel agency around the corner
