We went to Dubai yesterday and celebrate my birthday on the Yacht and trip was well done. Good service and Yacht was clean.

Had booked a 8 hours trip with game fishing, deep sea, trolling and jiggling. I also thought it were included Bbq like the cheaper 6 and 7 hours trips. When we drove out to the sea and started fishing at shallow grounds, the crew asked us what we wished to do on our 7 hours trip. I said that we have booked the 8 hours big game trip, but that was not the information the crew had. They also said that then we were 13km in the wrong place. The were noe phone signals at they started to drive back to shore to call their boss. After 30 minutes driving i said that I was not interested in using more time with this, and would rather take the 7 hours trip without bbq and moon island, but just fishing for the big fish. But then i only wanted to pay for 7 hours without bbq. When we drove to the big fish area, we got signals and contact with Carlos. He said that we allready been to the moon island, and could not refund that. We have only seen oceans and no island, and certanly not 60km at sea like the web site said. They charge 2799 for 7 hours trip included bbq and they say that bbq cost 300. Then I were at least expected the price for 7 hour to be 2500. The whole start of the trip were very unpleasent with no correct information, a crew that seemed not very experianced and a lot of time discussing our order and driving around for phone signals. They offered me to pay 2700, and only said it was my problem and not theirs since we have been to moon island (???) and after several hours could give us another hour. No, the totally experience was not good, and I would not use this company again. And it were very dissapointing, that me and my family had been looking so much foreward to this. We did not get any big fish, but I understand that fishing is with no garantie, and probably not the crews foult.

Received an email on the same day as our planned trip stating the boat we were taking out had changed, then a call saying the trip was cancelled and then after urging them to make it happen as we had people from abroad coming over, they confirmed another boat. This was all 1hour before the planned departure time!
Other boat was ok, fishing trip wasn't good although the 2 guys onboard were good. They must have been sourced from another company to fill in Depp Blue Sea's mistake. We had planned a fishing trip with a bbq. No bbq was organised and the drinks available were not cold.

This was the worst company I have ever chartered a yacht with in Dubai. My group had booked a 4 hour tour for a friends bday party and the Yacht as 2 1/2 Hours late to board. We missed the sunset and had to throw away half of the food that we had prepared. No apology was given from the manager nor did he care and just made up new excuses every 30 min why the yacht was not there. Then when boarding they asked for full payment. Which I clearly refused as they had already ruined half our food and taken the sunset and 2 hours of our time. Once a lengthy negotiation was made we left. after 40 min. the yacht started making a load beep sound and the engine had failed!!! We were in the middle of bbq and the crew insisted we jump on another boat significantly smaller and mid dinner. We refused as we were a party of 18 people and had everything already set up. And Deep Sea wanted to pay for the new boat. We were out in danger as well as no tour of the city as the yacht remained only 10 min away from shore. This was the worst experience I and my guests have ever had! The evening was full of continuous problems and arguments that could have been avoided if the company was honest and took responsibility for the actions . Absolutely zero customer service!! NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a great time with carlos. They took us far and managed to catch a lot of fish.. boat and equipment were excellent. Very safe for kids also.

Had a wonderful experience with Deep Blue, was my first time fishing and with there experience and education learning was a lot easier and fun. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a good fishing experience.

A 5 star trip from planning, payment to Fishing! Communication was fast and easy! Captians Carlos and Eugene and deckhand Jay took great care making it a great day on the water. Highly recommend for a family experience.
