It's my first time I've been to this place. My frank and open first impression is that the vibe appeared to be very morbid. I've been to various cycling shops around the world, and there's definitely room for improvement at this place. There appears to be a fair amount of variety of accessories though.

Friendly staff (so 2 stars instead of 1), but unfortunately this bike shop is slow, pricey, and unable to fix an SRAM brake. I had a gold service for 600AED which did not include bleeding, so I paid extra 105AED for that. First time it was either not done at all or no one bothered to check whether the brake actually does work after the bleeding. Second time the staff informed me that they are unable to order SRAM spare parts and would suggest to buy a new Shimano lever instead. I ordered the spare parts for a fraction of the price online and decided to fix it myself. When I shared my experience with the staff, they apologized and said this is not their normal service level. However, nothing was done to help me solve or mitigate my problem (like offering to fix the brake using the spare parts that I ordered, pay back the service fee for the service that I did not receive, or any other gesture of goodwill other than words).

In terms of quality of maintenance on my bike I received today, I have no complaints. But the attitude of the sales guys at the front desk are not something I will have the pleasure to recommend. They came out absolutely cold and arrogant. How do these guys reach out to new visitors and riders and be ambassadors for the sport?
