  A year ago I went in with my long hair and I've asked the lady to cut only 5 cm off ends, I wanted to just refresh my hair a bit. Ended up with medium short hair, with at least 20 cm cut off, still trying to regrow my hair to the previous length. I have no idea what the lady was thinking but there is no professionalism there as you can't trust them.

  I would not recommend this place for threading if you enjoy having eyebrows.I went in for a clean up and left with barely a line of hair to work with. I had visited the salon a couple of times before and had two decent threading experiences, but this third time my esthetician was late and rushing and I told her before we started that I had brow makeup on. She told me not to worry and proceeded on without removing the makeup, leading to a hackjob of my eyebrows. She was apologetic as I told her that I was quite upset, but also tried to justify the thin lines of hair that she left me with, and went on to pencil them in quickly for me and gave me 10 dirhams off. No matter how convenient this place is for me location wise, I will not return for any treatment. This esthetician was the same one who applied strip lashes for me for an event one night, and while one was fine, the other looked like clown lashes. She told me to go home and apply makeup and that it would look better, rather than removing it and reapplying it properly. Needless to say, the lashes came off before I even left for my event. My few experiences there for limited esthtetic services were mixed, but the last two have been very disappointing and I would not go there to do anything more than a simple pedicure.

  Really bad experience here! Threading - they are not the best, staff is not confident enough to do it properly. Had two stylist for haircut - Voula and Edith - Neither one of them can handle curly haircuts properly. Not to mention, they are overly priced and not trained accordingly.
  Left the best for the last, the management removes all the negative comments on their pages. Which is not good - as any business will have positives and negatives. And should publicly handle it with grace!
  Haven't tried anything else, they might be good at other things, this is only my personal opinion.

  The only salon I go to for my ,Mani/Pedi. The Gelish manicure lasts, without coming off and the girls there are all amazing. I only let MJ touch my brows. She transformed them in my first few sessions and for the first time they don't have any gaps, they are naturally shaped and easy to maintain ! I am a Boudoir girl all the way, I don't plan on going to any other salon.
