Im requesting everyone please do not buy any products from them, i buy mini Harley just last week and while buying they promised anything happened they are there to help and I started facing problem in front shock ups. I went there to fix it but They are refusing to fix it and says it is not fixable? Can u imagine just 1 week and u hear this from them and lots of excuses. They are so lazy even to work, i wish there was below 1 point that i could have rated, please do not waste your hard earn money in this place.

I purchase off road tire for my scooter and they fix it but they not fix it properly i got an accident just 5 min. After they fix the tire the tube came out i came back to the store instead they apologize they said its my problem very rude even the guy who fix the tire not recommended this shop to fix the tire or any mechanical problem on your bike scooter and the price of the items is changing everytime it depends who is in charge in the store. Bad customer service and safety for the customer

Extremely unprofessional behavior. Very low quality products are selling at a high price. Their customer service standard is horrible, staff doesn't have manner, very bad behaviour. I wont recommend any one to go and buy anything. When you go there for any repairs related jobs.. they will find ways to charge you the more. I bought a cycle and he did not give me bill saying, you need to pay tax extra and bank charge for card payment after fixing and price negotiation. After few days my cycle break had problem, at the time of selling they said servise will be free for 6 month or even for forever. But after few day they ask service charge, after purchase i went first time. I approached owner and the way they talk, not at all good, not recommending this shop for any purchase.

The sales person was charging me 60 Dirhams for a fake made in chinaa inner tube, while next door I found original BBB inner tube for 25 Dirhams. very unprofessional
