Drinks are not at advertised price. They are much more. Was charged for drinks we didn’t have. Manager would not come to us to address the issue. if i could give less than one start I would.

What a wonderful evening! I read some of the recent reviews and was a little bit hesitant to book a table for a special evening with my husband and mum, but I'm so glad we went. I booked a table online and was greeted warmly by lovely Nisha, who had clearly read my reservation request and accommodated us accordingly.

We sat on the terrace where the setting is gorgeous with beautiful views of the Marina high rises. Drink orders were taken quickly and we settled in. Service was absolutely on point all night: friendly, unobtrusive and professional. The food was outstanding - we all really enjoyed our steaks and sides! A recent commenter mentioned there was no bread or knife selection, but we were given both.

For a special night out, I would highly recommend West 14th and look forward to returning there for another special occasion.

If the service could be improved, a higher rating deserved. My experience:
- Had to collect menus for my table as after requesting not arrived for 20 mins
- Collected plates from the kitchen as not delivered for shared starter
- Cleared table myself as none of the staff were bothered to do this.
Service was almost non-existent. Suprising for a place where steaks cost upward of AED 20p. Food is okay and fresh, however to have a good experience everything needs to work seamlessly

It bothered us that even if the schedule showed it is still opened they didn’t served us because the kitchen was closed.
They offered us to ride us to another bar (Dukes Bar) in the hotel where we have had a great meal!

If you just want to relax this is the place to go to amazing shisha and drinks but as the name suggests the menu offers only steak.

Had one of the best steaks I ever had about 2 years ago at this place and before that consistently very good. Everyone knows it is one of the best places in Dubai for a steak. Tonight was shockingingly bad, my UK client I took and promised a great steak politely said to me at the end it was like a beefeater steak!

I made a reservation and when I arrived I was told it is “first come, First Served” why take my reservation then?? No beds available. After paying for a taxi to the location we had to leave in another taxi, unnecessary expense for a reservation. Maybe west 14 needs to look up the word reservation!! Won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Went there for ladies day, the staff was rude and helpless.. there should be canapés served with the drinks there were none.. the waiters messed up our order few times. But the place is nice direct access to the sea where I got bitten by a jellyfish..

Used to be a great place. Fresh bread, selection of knives, good services and most importantly - great meat. Now bread is gone, no knives selection, service is sad and meat is served warm Very sad but cannot recommend to visit any more

Booked for brunch over the weekend, they couldn't find our reservation. We were seated at a lounge table by the terrace , had our brunch then and our son played in the lazy pool, by the beach and everything was ok. Service was very poor, apart from the one we received from the beverage manager and one waitress, we always had no cutlery on the tables, took time for the plates to be cleared and my wife asked for a pinacolada which she didn't get at all. Long way to go with the service. Lot of staff but no attention to the guest needs, buffet very limited and not something we might come back for. Chefs were very helpful and always offered their service.I am looking forward to the complete launch and more heart into the property and it's servicesfor sure will consider to got and give it a try again
