  I like it so much and everytime I pass there I buy from its offers but the problem is with salad section! There is an instruction on the wall that u have to sanitize ur hands before taking salad but no one is doing that ,as the sanitizer is far back the salad table, so it is unapproachable! So I don't like to eat from the salad as I noticed that some customers touching the spoons with their dirty hands and licking their fingers after trying from their plates then touching the spoon ..without any observation!

  I wanted to share a surprisingly bad experience I had with Pizza hut delivery in Dubai.
  I placed an order today at 4:03 pm and I was promised the order will arrive in 45 minutes which didn't happen. I made a follow up call at 4:55 and I was informed the delivery person has already left and order will arrive in 5-10 minutes which also didn't happen.
  I called again at 5:20 and I was put on hold by the person who answered without listening to my problem in a very impolite way.
  I cancelled the order and called customer service where I didn't get any proper response. I was told that we'll raise your complaint and that's it. Honestly I am very disappointed with this very low service level.

  Food took approximately 15 minutes to arrive, which is a bit long for an individual meal. The Vegetarian Pan Pizza & Cheese Garlic Bread were warm, fresh & tasty though!
