Asking money without telling before treatment. Today I did my teeth treatment just for filling. After finish Cashier ask me to pay 202 AED. But they didn't told me to pay any money. Just doctor told me your treatment is approved by insurance company. I remember same filling I did before 2 years in India and I paid just 400 INR = 20 AED without any insurance. I think airfare to my home country is cheaper than this filling.

Liked the services and the clinic location I have been seeing Dr Nagwa the paediatrician in Aster tecom and i must say her love towards children is on another level. She interacts with my girl very well when examining her Also her nurse sister Rose is always there to assist with her friendly smile Can recommend this set to any one any day. Keep up the spirit. All people in all countries they prefer a doctor which they trust and feel comfortable with, and in my 12 years in Dubai, and even in my whole life, never find a real perfect doctor like dr.Aisam, and this impression i got from all people i referred them.dr.Aisam, thanks Dr.Issam for.everything, and.thanks Aster for having Dr.Aisam in your big family.

Poor hygiene standards. Came here to consult doc for my mom and doc advised some tests. Lab guy took the sample and said that tests can not be done as there is dust in the lab where as doc confirmed that he will write the prescription after the report. Then after 5 mins, nurse comes and tells that report will be ready in 15 mins wondering how they are doing blood tests and all in the dusty environment and whether should I rely on their diagnosis ??

Tried to use Dustin not in working condition which is very basic requirement anywhere

Repenting to come here let’s see how the treatment goes after the reports now

Very very bad ! I am here with my friend since 11 am till bow- now 5 pm and still not finished! Nurces are not talking to each other, not following up with treatments only keep asking - is she ok? Is she fine??? And it's visible that not. Doctor from the first step told- your analysis are very bad!? How!? The reason of her condition is unknown till now. Nurce told after that you are ok, normal bacteria, common ,the doctor has right to say what she said, my shift finished! What is this? Instead of 1injection she got 4, but they could do 1 and take all analysis at the same time! Stupidity! I am not a doctor,but I understand it!!! Nationality in their documents was changed for my friend without no reason, plus suddenly she became a mother!!! Stupidity!!! There are a lot of dust in their rooms, nurse was talking like nothing happened to another patient about our nationality. Another nurse could not make 4-th last injection!!! Terrible!!!

Valet parking and kids play area are sometimes the most important thing to look at while in Tecom and being a mother of a kid. Glad to have this clinic near to my house. It's a good healthcare facility with experienced doctors like Dr Liby & Dr. Carmen.

I reserve my gratitude to the excellent service provided by Dr. Usha Sethi and Aster Tecom team. My wife experienced unexpected issues throughout the pregnancy period and I would say that the same was a problematic one from the day one, however, Dr.Usha’s professionalism and decisive approach helped us to manage the situation and we are now blessed with a baby girl. Once again thanking to Dr.Usha and full team in Aster Tecom & Med Care women & children hospital.

Aster Tecom is one of the best service provider. I have had experienced four to five doctors in Tecom Aster. A well professional team, one can say. Dr. Usha Sethi was my gynecologist. One of the best Gynoc I have ever met in last 10 yrs. She delivered my baby and had very clean and blessed hand. A well qualified professional and above all a very lovely Dr. which I think every patient requires.

The Good news front disk staff helpful when you ask the right question and insist..

but don't listen to them if they tell you change doctors and the other doctor will come in 5 minutes .. you could wait more than 30 minuets
