I got a number of items from this shop. Qualified personnel, quality items in an excellent condition for a competitive price and outstanding service. Mr Amr for example remembers clients and their specific requirements and helps find the item that matches the taste very well. Highly recommended if you are after top brands of products for a reasonable price.

The best watch store ever. I have had the great fortune of acquiring there my most collectible watches at a great price complete with papers and box. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, that will give me all the time I need and answer all my questions with sincerity and professional accuracy. The staff earnestly cater to all my watch needs from repairs to spare parts and eagerly advise me to any collectible items. This is the coolest place to visit, and believe me never left the store empty handed nor disappointed, and that is over the years.

I have purchased several watches from the watches market. Presents for my family, friends and for myself. The owners are honest and have always offered a great and fair service. Recently my watch needed a service, I had purchased the watch 3 years ago from the shop. The work done was to a high standard and the price was very reasonable. I would not go anywhere else to buy a watch. Why buy new when these preloved original are just like new and very reasonably priced.

Great experience, watches market Dubai restored 2 watched for me, one is a 230+ years old pocket watch and the other is a 1969 omega. They really did a great job, also they did an excellent job servicing my Rolex. I bought a Panerai from them at an excellent price. It’s great to find such an experienced team in Dubai. Highly recommended.

A unique and boutique store! They sell only genuine and original stuffs with complete paper works (box and certificate included on almost every item they sell). They do buyback if you are willing to sell it back to them, also good options for exchange. Their prices are very reasonable! A must visit store in Dubai! Follow them on social media so that you don’t miss any of your favourite item!

Very poor customer service. They won't repair a watch unless you buy a watch from them, even if you offer to pay them for the repair. Avoid. Shops like this will put themselves out of business eventually due to turning away customers.

Watchesmarket is an amazing place for to buy vintage used watches .
The only down side is the the customer service I received from one Arabic Egyptian sales executive.
The rudeness and impoliteness he gave me was embarrassing and shameful .
After a quick pop down to the shop in my chefs jacket , he treated me below the line of what any customer should receive .
Shame on you .
I really feel sorry for the Owner of the shop ,
I could of been a customer buying a Rolex at 30k .
Never again will I go there or recommend this shop only due to this man . What he said was "you go sit down I'm busy " in the most rudest way.
If you going to spend over 10k expect to be treated like dirt if your not white European .
