Quick and easy check in. Everything went as well expected. Nurses warm and friendly and quick to answer any queries or concerns. Dr. Assam is a very good surgeon and my surgery went according to plan. I can highly recommend Dr. Assam !! He spend a great deal of time pre and post operative explaining in detail everything I wanted to know.

It was my first surgery ever and I was very anxious. Staff were outstanding, I was treated with such care. The facilities are amazing, I felt very well looked after. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for suggestions!

Very good experience. Excellent service from nursing staff, housekeeping, doctors, OT staff, kitchen staff and everyone who interacted with the patient. Felt very comfortable to be part of the hospital for 2 days. Patient is very satisfied. Highly recommended. All procedures were very fast and efficient.

Great treatment ! Went for a hip resurfacing with Dr Chris Whately and everything was perfect. He spent a lot of time to explain me everything. All the different nurses know their job perfectly and are very nice. All the staff was very good and very professional. I really recommend the Hospital and their staff.

I have been in the hospital for my knee surgery, which was treated exceptionally well. The doctor Mr.Barry is by far the best that i have seen, he knew how to deal with the situation and explained everything before the surgery in detail about the props and consStaff are very helpful and friendly, always there to help whenever needed. The facilities in the hospital like Operation room, guest waiting area, and patient room were basically like a hotel as i didn't feel at all that i was actually in some hospital bed lying and waiting to be discharged. Service provided was excellent and top notch.

Had been very well taken care off while doing my operation at Medcare Spine and Orthopedics. If you are ever in need of surgery, God forbid, I definitely advise you to go there. And ask for nurse Christie to take care of you, she is the sweetest, most professional nurse. Keep up the good work!!

A truly amazing experience. I went in for surgery in this hospital twice , from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles , helpful staff , friendly nurses & very experienced doctors that explain every single step for you to keep you calm & relaxed. Their system is spectacular as they SMS and call just to remind you of your appointment a day before. The rooms are well maintained , cleaned and fully serviced.

One of the best hospitals in Dubai. The nurses are beyond friendly, manners impeccable and the standard and ethics are phenomenal. Security go above and beyond to help you even the valet parking gentleman are amazing. I have never.come.across.this type of outstanding behaviour. I will be returning for my other procedure performed by Dr Azzam who is sympathetic and listens as well as explains clearly what's Going on. I am actually speechless. Medcare keep.up your standards and the nurses need to get recognition where due. Bravo and can't wait to return. Many thanks for making me feel cared for.sally

This facility is clean, organized and easy to navigate inside. The complimentary vehicle valet service is very convenient. The staff are professional, friendly and efficient. I am happy about the outcome of the procedures that I have had completed here. I always feel like a VIP when I visit.

This is a one stop shop for all Orthopaedics requirements. State of the art facilities, great doctors and above all the most hospitable staff. I have always been well taken care off by the counter & customer service staff. The training provided is of exquisite standards. Pham, the Operations Manager has done an immaculate job to ensure the finesse in the overall patient care. Highly recommended and thank you team for going the extra mile and making my visits a pleasant experience !

went for a mallet finger (fracture),with insurance getting treatment,almost more than a month, in this time xray done for 4 times,thank god improvement is good,but the problem i faced is being a patient with a fracture i put splint and over covered bandage .i am surprised why i have been charged for bandage roll which was given by doctor and asked me to change once get wet or if needed to change.it is purely a underestimate the patient and grab money????????,and the other disappointed thing is not getting the xray report even after one week time unless we requested and called many times.being a patient with curiacity not expecting more than the normal procedure.bcos it is their duty to give the xray report at least in 3 days time.over all other than the doctor servive i am unhappy with other system.

Very bad experience at joint and spine hospital on sh zaid road i have back pain and the reception staff have no clue how to handle the appointment it's already 40 minutes over my appointment time and they just realised they didn't prepare my papers. Will not recommend anyone to come here.

Absolutely utterly incompetent and waste of time. I has a knee issue and went to a doctor there. He requested an X-ray and MRI. I was not willing to wait for insurance approvals and decided to pay for it all. Now I was led by a nurse who asked me to sit in one corner and wait. 30 mins later I went to check when would be my turn because I JUST WANT AN IDEA of how long it will take. I was told "there is a long queue". I don't care about the long queue and just wanna know if it's gonna be 2 or 3 hours which I'm fine with. All this for an X-ray remember.
MRI they said they don't have the slot. I decided to go elsewhere where I paid and got my X-ray and MRI done.
Now after this I book an appointment at 10:20am with the doctor and I get a call on the day of the appointment saying that the EO tire is in surgery and we will need to move your appointment to 11. Now at 11:20 I'm told the doctor doesn't know how long the surgery will take.
The nurses are absolutely no clue what they're doing and certainly rude.
I'm never coming back there again and for sure it doesn't matter because Dubai is in need to more health care and whatever the quality of service you will get customers. Cheers!!!!!
