  I would like to share my genuine appreciation and positive feedback about Liali Jewellery and especially to Mr Mohammad Ali, the store manager In MOE , who simply brought my shopping experience to another level in terms of customer satisfaction and brilliant knowledge and description of products.   We recently purchase a beautiful diamond ring from Liali and Mr. Mohammed Ali, the store manager had been very helpful throughout the process. He promised to help us get the specific ring we wanted and he made it happen. He was respectful and sincere in helping, I felt that when he was prompt in providing updates and patient in answering our questions. We really appreciate his help as you don't often get that kind of customer service these days. A true gem! Maha, another lady who assisted us is also very pleasant to speak with. Liali has the best people in this branch, we are happy with their service. If you'd like to buy from Liali, go to MOE and look for Mr. Mohammed Ali he's the best and highly recommended!

  unprofessional staff "Mr Matesh" in Mirdiff city center (continuous debating and always challenging the customer) .
  
  I will leave the judgement to you for the quality of the customized ring (no tag) versus the quality of the ready one (with tag) see the photos
  
  He is claiming that that they are same !!!!!
  
  after long debate, I transfered the deposit and baught something else.
  
  Not recommended shop.
  They affected all wedding plans.
