Good location. There is always somewhere to eat at reasonable prices. Great amenities, like the gym, swimming pool, private beach etc., all perfectly equipped. Beautiful clean decor throughout. The staff are courteous & helpful. And there is always something to do. Definitely highly recommended.

This Hotel has been my go to place in Ajman. Amazing and Wonderful staff. They'll do anything to keep their customers happy and satisfied. My brother wasn't feeling well and once they noticed that, they were on top of it and they didn't leave our sides until we were 100% better. I would like to thank the Staff for being wonderful. Better than any of the other surrounding hotels.

Big hotel. Right on the coastline. The pool faces the sea. The hotel has its own bit of beach. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. Good air con in room, no air con in public areas. Good breakfast. Mosque next door, ask for a room away from it, the call to prayer might be your early morning wake up call. Very nice hotel.

5star Hotel. If you are looking for a good room, clean beach and well done cuisine you might get the Hotel.

We stayed 2 nights at the end of our holiday. This was the best hotel we stayed in, we had a spacious room that was modern and the staff were excellent. The buffet dining had a wide selection but hot food soon cooled in the air conditioned dining room. The beach was private and well maintained with plenty loungers and towels. A modern gym had everything we needed too. Although alcohol free the hotel next door did sell alcohol but it is a bit expensive. We visited Oscars cellar near by and bought beers etc at excellent prices and as long as you keep it for your room there is no problem. A wonderful stay.

Accessed pool with lunch offer.amazing place with very good food taste. Infinity Pool size is average with sea view exposed. A mini pool for kids and Jaquzi is there..lot of fun qith good food quality

Great experience. They have all the amenities I've been looking for a hotel. Though the pool was quite small to accommodate all guests, it has nice private beach with the Arabian Gulf view.

The pool is small though it is nice and strategically located next to the restaurant. Maybe they could work on making the pool temperature controlled? We thought the water was too cold. The beach is ok. We dined complimentary at the Dragons Place and the food was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was good.

This hotel is really beautiful from outside. But, from inside it quite plain. There isnt any wow factor here. Even cleanliness in the public toilet wasn't up to date during an event.

Hideously expensive and frustratingly small when it comes to its rooms, the Ajman Palace hotel is an opportunity lost. It is situated in the heart of the Ajman Corniche but a lot of space has been wasted in the lobbies and corridors and galleries and the rooms are just like match boxes but the prices of this monumental mistake will sure burn a hole in your pocket

Fabulous hotel. Absolutely loved it. Great location on the beach. Great food selection at the buffet. Good pools. Sun loungers were lovely and clean cushions. We stayed two nights but would have liked to stay another week. Marvellous place.

The Ramadan buffet, and salad and sweets belong to a three star hotel, the Ramadan buffet is too basic with limited options, the chicken vermicelli soup had a foul odor and taste, either they used dirty tap water or the chicken was not washed properly and was cooked with its blood, absolutely disgusting. I hope Ajman municipality does a surprise check on the food quality of all five star hotels in Ajman. Are you sure this is a five star hotel???

I'm so excited and can not wait for my holiday in January to stay here with my brother.
It looks so beautiful and im looking forward to spending my 15 days here in Dubai.
I did my research and so far this ticks all the boxes from the warm welcome towel arts quick check-in etc.

We got a one-night special rate at the Ajman Palace last week and decided to have a little get away. Overall this is a great hotel with great staff. Room was decent size and immaculate.
Limited facilities and beach front, so I can imagine it would be a little cramped during peak periods, however we did enjoy our time here.
Bear in mind that this is a dry hotel. But there are plenty of options adjacent :)response / report this review
