Even if u have an appointment you will wait atleast 1 hour before u meet ur doctor , some staff are unprofessional with poor communication skills .

Would not recommend coming here for pediatrics. The staff booking appointments have no etiquette or consideration of urgency of appointments, the nurses aren’t qualified, they don’t know the difference when treating a patient with a very high fever vs a normal check up. Nurses can’t give fever reducers so the child has to wait in the waiting room until their turn no matter how urgent the case is. For a normal check-up, it may be okay but for urgent children matters, definitely never ever going back. Places like this put the healthcare system to shame.

They prescribed a wide range antibiotics to me here after my recent hospital stay, even though the obgyn could have treated the problem differently, without telling me the risks of developing intestinal infection as a side effect in such cases. I suffered a very long time because of that, and had to travel abroad to a specialist. The gi dr in the same facility did not do a proper test to culture the root of the problem, and asked me do I want another antibiotics or not. I would not trust this place anymore

Since I join this medical Center I don't know before. They have specialised doctors who solve my health problems I didn't find in Abu Dhabi before. Nice welcoming and professionals fillipino nurse at all. Thank.

The best hospital experience in Abu Dhabi so far. Small and comfortable medical center with like 10min waiting time to see a doctor. They have a team of professionals. My first doctor was a GP, Dr.Sahira Mahmood. A very nice GP doctor!! An outstanding experience with gynecologist Dr.Raquel Martinez. She is one professional lady doctor, attentive to details and considerate personality with high value of human respect and customer care. The place where you feel your needs are met in full. Thank you very much!!!!!

This is by far the best medical experience I have ever had! Dr Susan is amazing!. Kind, compassionate, understanding, she takes her time and listens. The staff is first class, friendly and professional! Top of the line facility!. I have found a new Dr here in the UAE and it is a blessing to have found this staff.
