  I ordered E-Liquid from them which was delivered the same day. When I opened the package, it was not what I ordered (0mg nic not 6mg as I requested). Sent them an email immediately, they never responded. Messaged them on Whatsapp shortly thereafter and received a response saying that they would send someone out to replace it the same day. This was Wednesday, May 13 at 6:19pm. It was never delivered. I messaged them everyday after that asking for an update and I was told it would be delivered that day. Today is Sunday and still have not received what I paid for.

  This business needs to re-evaluate his staff, they would rather tell me to cancel my order than to listen to my request. Since there is some stock not available I wanted to change my order slightly however Rashed would rather have me take my business elsewhere (his exact words) and that i'm useless to him.
