I bought curtains and wall paper. The staff was patience with my multiple changes and guided to select right fabric and paper. I agree delivery staffs may not be in uniform to impress you but they have human touch and expect respectful treatment.

Horrible experience. Owner is absolutely usless. They promise something and deliver something else. Delivery was postponed and the owner told me over the phone if you dont want the delivery tomorrow forget ur advance money as well as the carpet. Shocking to hear this from the owner. Shocking experience. Will never buy in the future and would not recommend to anyone. Thier delivery guy the pathan is asking the balance payment at the doorstep. No respect for the custormer and no manners how to talk. Regret entering the store in the first place.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about satisfying the customer. Owner is disinterested and indifferent to customer complaints. Salesmen try to cheat you if not careful. They say one thing and do another. Avoid if possible.
