i stay here ! make it your own i love this place prbs the best place ever way better than any where else villa 39A i made it amazing decorate it and treat it like ur own btw dust is gone the scholl developed and many others

Good community but the build quality of houses by Danube is pathetic. Lots of issues, water leakages, electrical issues to name a few.

Don't listen to real estate agents, they just need your money! Lots of construction work and dust in this area. The community itself is so boring, and there no facilities at all. No kids play area & no security gatesetc. The villas are horrible. The contractor used very cheap materials for finishing, so every week or two we're facing a problem in our house and have to call the maintenance team to come and fix it. The average maintenance cost is 500/month, just be aware of that before you decide to move in.

The place is good. The school is near but need to develop. They need to put near supermarket and playground for children.
