If I could give less than that, I would, worst experience ever, the bench of the dining table broke the first time my husband sat on it, and its supposed to hold 3 people, when I called customer service to complain, they said theyll send inspection but they didnt, and they started to ignore me, if its up to me ill return verything but they wont allow you to change everything once you pay, so gbuy more expensive but good furniture somewhere else

Summary of my experience with United Furniture 6-12 month after multiple purchases:
-1 seater couch #1: looks ok, springs making sounds like it’s many years old
-1 seater couch #2: like above plus discoloring, disposed the same
-blue pouf: losing its material and keep finding them all over the floor (see picture) - danger for our baby, disposed as well
-Enola corner Sofa: after 2 month usage it starts making sounds and gets fabric tears. four weeks of dealing with customer service, the sofa is back with cheese / old sock smell & same problems - that’s all customer service would do.

In total, we wasted around 5K AED in furniture here, never again will I deal with them.

I am so disappointed with UF, as they are not ready to help for after sales support. Not responding unless you follow up time & again.

Above all they block you from writing or sharing feed back on social media.

Instead of helping and resolving my issue they blocked me to comment on their social media pages. Pathetic is the only word i have for United Furniture.

After the first year start loosing this buttons, this is Major quality issue .. and they want to charge me for fixing.
I think end of the second year my sofa will be with new design.. very nice

I went here through a recommendation. love the place, ended up buying my sofa.
I have visited all the furniture shops available in Dubai, from all the big brands to the smallest brands, but I must tell you that this particular furniture shop specially for sofas was the best option. there could be other items there too, since I was specially looking for a sofa I saw with that lens, and it gave me the best comparative options at a good price too.

United furniture is a very reliable store. You get a variety of bedroom sets sofas and accessories. They almost always have a bargain corner for people looking for a heist. A lot of their collection is contemporary and comfy. I have never found a wide variety of vintage sort of collection but you may still find accessories that go with Victorian furniture. It's a 2 level store and has ample parking. It's not inside a mall which for me is huge plus point because u can get in and quite fast. Lots of staff to help you with your needs. Cant reiterate enough that the prices are decent and affordable and they have regular sale and the bargain corner which in itself is a huge room. The bargain corner generally have more chairs and sofas is what I have noticed but you never know you may find what you need. In my opinion you should check it out if quaint yet modern is what you are going for.

It's the mega store, good range of products from furniture to home decor items. Easy to park infront of the shop, in case you are out of luck, you can park at Oasis Mall and walk to the store.

This Furniture store ( The Sheikh Zayed Road branch) is huge and has plenty to choose from. From Living Rooms to Bedrooms to Dining furniture to Kids Furniture, they seem to have it all. Just recently, I was there looking for Living Room furniture and had no problems finding something beautiful and comfortable to choose from. The prices also are affordable. Ordered a sofa set and the delivery was on time ( within 3 days ). Over all am very satisfied with United Furniture and will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

Terrible experience!! They don't come on time, they don't call and don't apologize. There delivery team is full of lies. I left my work early to be home on time and wait for them. Ended up coming 5 hours late. Every time I called they said they were on their way and never showed up. No wonder their items are on sale all year long, there is no other way to attract customers. PAN EMIRATES does a much better job, has a similar collection, sometimes even the same stuff, delivers on time and even has spare parts for any damaged furniture and they provide it after years of use and for free. They changed my beds back board which crack after a year or so. (United furniture: my delivery date was today, July 17 2017, just in case you have doubts that this review is by a competitor, I do have the receipt)

Poor quality sofas sold here.
Once bought a sofa from there in Sale @ 50% off and claimed as faux leather. But neither. It got spoiled in 6 months ad as the item was showroom display piece and 'No warranty & No returned' mentioned in invoice, there is no scope to claim any thing.

The furniture available is affordable and of reasonable quality. They do carry a line of genuine leather sofas and recliners and have diversified recently in to the modern and colorful.
There is still a lack of 'variety' in their furniture, it is geared more towards blackish, brownish hues and leather products.
Good for recliners, as the shop has many of those in various colors and styles.
