Very poor service, I purchased a one year contract for ants problem and they couldn’t fix my issue, they keep sending a technician every time with basic knowledge and after 2 visit they sent the engineer who told me that he can do anything. I managed to call other good technician from another Compmay who solved my problem form the first visit. Anyway if you are looking for basic service deal with Al Akkad but don’t expect more than a guy to put spray and gel.

Unprofessional , Even after continuous follow-up for booking they did not reach at my place on time , just to tell me after 30 mins of scheduled time that technician cant attend today as nobody is available , seriously i ! made atleast 5 calls to just to make sure the service is delivered on the day , As It was very urgent for me . After all these events they dont care at all , Just give me an SMS saying " your appointment is cancelled " Ridiculous Service

My experience with this shop is the worst I could have. First of all, they sent me an email regarding to extend warranty if I rate the company in google. So, I did it, and now, when I call regarding warranty, they say that promotion has expired in February, but I receive email in April. My conclusion is, if they cannot comply with what they offer, how can we thrust that they really apply correct products? They can be lying for the customers.

We had a very good experience w Akkad for bed bugs 2 years ago , but recently even after 6 times of spray still we suffer here and there !
Even our new Ikea sofa thrown out but still ..

And you can imagine 6 times treatment means 6 days of wandering and lots of efforts to clean and wash the house again

While appreciating a lot the management's (Mr. Ehab) attention and personal involvement in our case, but still we suffer and so I don't think i will be their client next time , neither suggesting them to anyone :(

Disappointing experience with Akkad pest control. They have supposedly treated our garden but we keep seeing ants after a week or so. They sent their team twice but could not sold the problem. They deserve one star but I added the second because they sent the team again even though they didn’t solve the issue.

Their 6mth guaranteed no bug or free follow up treatment is a horrible. You need to chase and many no show appointments. Had given them three properties to service in the past but never again.

Used Akkad for their cockroach control service . The first interaction with customer service was fantastic. The first visit had effective results within 2 days. After that everything is downhill. The first treatment worked for couple of months. After that the customer service got bad and the treatments were even worse. ZERO Effectiveness. I won't opt to take my free follow up service, because it's pointless.

It seems like a perfect plan to dupe customers. It makes sense to maintain their business. If they give you a perfect solution you won't need them. The customer service has gone to the point of being outright rude. If you are a first time customer they will impress you, don't expect much after that. The positive ratings are either first time customers or just fake. Beware.

Totel waste of money dont trust this compony .they are only making money and cheated us very bad servise dont trust them.in two month they send two time for aplying gel but nothing happend situation is very worsti always recommended akkad to my friends but now i dont recommends any one

Very bad service. Everytime the gel color will change not sure what medicine they use.
And everytime they respond saying "Ma'am out technician will come and inspect and apply new gel."

My Experience -
First time when we got gel treatment from Akkad, trust me it worked like wonders within 3-4 days I could see no cockroches at all.
But this didnt last for 6 months, we has to repeat the treatment afain after 3 months.

Since we had good experience the first time, we went ahead with a new contract for gel treatment on Oct-2017.
After a week the cockroaches multipled. When we called Akkad, they told to wait for 15 days.
After 15 days again when we called, they came and did one more gel treatment and again the cockroaches multipled more and more.

Their medicine doesn't work at all. Kindly don't waste your money on their services.

few time back when our apartment was full of cockroaches I found syngeta medicine from souq. com I used it for first time and that was effective but second time it was useless and it could not work.i tried lots of other medicine but they were all useless. then I found akkad as their review was good so I tried.firt they applied gel to my kitchen and other places. but this time also I waste my money with them.i called them back they send their person again and spray some kind of medicine.but that was like a water and useless.the whole experience was bad.

I have booked a service for cockroach on July 2016 and that was my first time with Akkad Pest Control, my first experience with Akkad was good and I also recommended their service to my friends and officemate as it took only one week to rid of those cockroach, and I did not even avail their 6 months warranty and it was lasted for at least 10 months. And I have booked a service again for the same reason (cockroach) on May 2017 and this is where the nightmare comes in, it’s been 5 months already to be exact and still nothing happened, and I already avail their warranty twice but still no effect and even came worst, it triples the quantity of the cockroach. And when I called them im just getting some alibi (the weather is too hot, they have changed the brand of the gel and they are also getting a complaint from other customers). I think Akkad should resolve this issue and I deserve a refund for your useless pest control.

Am very pleased with the service provided to me and I highly recommend it as one of the top pest control companies in Dubai and UAE
The call center team were very informative and professional, I were able to identify the problem right away and for my termites infestation they arranged with their engineer to provide me with a consultation visit to insure to cover all possible infested location in the house.
The pricing is very affordable and include a warranty which grantee free of charge additional visits.
The results are super I saw results right away and within a week I saw no signs of infestation no more.
Their technicians were on time, informative and very professional, when I requested for a reschedule for an urgent matter their staff where very cooperative and provided me with a reschedule right away in spite of my delayed cancelation they identified and fixed my problem right away, now my house is under their warranty for years to come for free of headache pest free home.
I have checked the Dubai municipality approval of the materials they are using and it is indeed custom made for the company label from Germany and it is bets and kids friendly, I also received a complementary cockroach stations.
They also provided my family with options of materials to avoid leaving the house for several hours to avoid the smell, but my friends who did go for the spray option told me how they are using smell free spray and their apartment didn’t smell the next day , yet still their staff insisted on applying the safety majors by Dubai municipality and requested my friend to leave the house for a couple of hours or go for the gel treatment .
Am extremely pleased with the service and I already recommended it to several friends for both residential and commercial projects and all received the same excellent service.
They also provided service for my vegetarian friend that contain traps that might not necessary kill the insect but trap it and cause it to run away.
I highly recommend this company for anyone who care about getting professional, free of headache service, they do provide annual contract for hospitals and full building too, they provide all type of best control like termites, bed bug, cockroach , flying insects , ants as well as rats , bees and pigeons protection methods .

I booked a service for Bed Bugs. Their treatment had no effect. They give a 6 month "WARRANTY" (but the warranty means nothing -- they provide 2 follow up treatments that is their "6 month warranty"). They do not check for the source of the bed bugs. They use a generic treatment like "HIT" that you can buy at you local supermarket. They don't give you any information on prevention or recommend that you treat your whole house. Rather they blame you and say "you should have treated your whole house" But I did. And it had no effect. Your treatment is USELESS. AND THEIR WARRANTY IS A SCAM!!!!! CHOOSE ANY SERVICE OTHER THAN AKKAD!!!

ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE MISGUIDING AND SEEMS TO BE FAKE! PLEASE USE SOME OTHER COMPANY - NOT AKKAD. I HAD A TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOU CALL THEM THEY HAVE A TEAM OR PROFESSIONAL CALL CENTER STAFF WHO ARE TRAINED TO TALK NICELY AND THAT'S IT. THE EFFECTIVENESS IS POOR AND THEY ACTUALLY CHEATED ME SAYING THAT THEY GIVE GUARANTEED RESULTS. INITIALLY I WAS TOLD THAT THEY GIVE SIX MONTHS GUARANTEE FOR THEIR TREATMENT AND WILL ENSURE THAT THESE PESTS ARE FULLY CONTROLLED. BUT I FOUND THAT THEY ARE ONLY FOOLING PEOPLE WITH THEIR SO CALLED " STRONG CHEMICAL' AND THAT IS NOT EFFECTIVE AT ALL. OF COURSE IT HAS CAUSED TO REDUCE THEM A BIT BUT NEVER BROUGHT THE PROBLEM OF COCKROACHES UNDER CONTROL AND AFTER PAYING THEM AND A LOT OF HASSLES, THE PROBLEM REMAIN THE SAME. I CALLED THEM TO COMPLAIN BUT THEY REFUSED TO ESCALATE THE MATTER TO ANY ONE. WHEN I KEPT ON ASKING ABOUT THE NUMBER OF THEIR MANAGER, THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON AS THEIR MANAGER AND HE ONLY SUPERVISES EVERYTHING. WHEN I TRIED TO CONNECT TO HIM HE REFUSED TO TALK AND I FOUND THAT HE HAD NO COURTESY TO TALK TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. WHEN I REPEATEDLY CALLED THEIR OFFICE THEY ARE ASKING ME TO PAY AGAIN AND NOBODY SEEMED TO BE TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THEY ARE ONLY TRAINED TO TALK OVER THE PHONE. MY SINCERE ADVICE TO EVERY ONE IN UAE IS TO FIND SOME OTHER RESPONSIBLE COMPANIES FOR PEST CONTROL AND NEVER GO TO AKKAD AND GET CHEATED. I HAVE BEEN HERE IN UAE FOR ALMOST 13 YEARS AND I HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE WITH DIFFERENT COMPANIES. I HAVE DEALT WITH DIFFERENT COMPANIES FOR MY DIFFERENT OFFICES AND ALL THESE YEARS WE HAD GOOD SERVICE AND RESULTS. SEEING AKKAD SERVICES ONLINE I THOUGHT THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY GOOD AND HENCE APPROACHED THEM. YES, THEY HAVE A TEAM WHO TALKS WELL AND THEY COME TO YOUR PLACE IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER BUT WHEN THE MATTER OF EFFECTIVENESS AND KEEPING UP THE PROMISES, I REALIZED ALL THE REST WAS ONLY A SHOW!!!!

These reviews on Google are all clearly fake reviews. NEVER use this company! I booked pest control with them and they called me to reschedule 3 times. I told them I am 8 months pregnant, so I rearranged my whole house and waited for them to come, only to find out that no-one is in fact able to come at the promised time. I have no idea how this company operates but it is THE WORST company I have EVER dealt with in my 4 years of being in Dubai! NEVER USE!

I have cockroaches resurfacing 2 months after the pest control was done?! The good thing is that they said they would do a free 'spraying' incase there were issues within a 6 month period. Will call them back.

It was a quick service but an effective one. Maybe you should have a scheduled visit frequency (like once a month or once in two months), check the effectiveness with the customers, etc. All said it was really effective. Thanks!

Had pest control service 3 months ago in our apartment, the staff were professional, they arrived early which was great and the treatment didn't take long to apply. Reasonable price and I would recommend this service to anyone requiring pest control services. Will use them again in the future.

Nov 2016 called out Akkad PC to try and identify bug/termite in apartment that other companies were unable to do and also refused to assist, due to no guarantees. Akkad's said they knew what it was and sprayed my apartment. It made no difference and the bug/termites were still present. What they said it was, looked nothing like what I had. They said they would come back and spray a stronger chemical, but it would cost me.. I told them, due to their mistake they can not charge, which they didn't. It was a powerful chemical for sure, but still some bugs are coming back. Akkad gave up. After phoning 800 900 Public Health PC Municipality section, They will send you a list of Approved Pest Control companies in Dubai, Akkad is not listed on this BEST TO CALL 800 900 first.
