The staff are so helpful and kind. My eldest daughter had a wobble about getting her ears pierced and the staff were so patient and gave her time to make her decision. The procedure was very quick and the earing choice vast. I have 2 very happy girls xx

The best place of jewelry I visited in Dubai. I visited more than 20 jewelers looking for wedding rings. I would like to express special thanks to Mr. Anand. He not only provided us with high-quality information, but basically the brilliant seller at all. Other sellers including real estate should learn from him how to communicate with customers. I’m a sale departments auditor, so I know what I’m talking about.

A great experience , very kind and caring staff, highly competent. No pain , no discomfort, a total non-event for my 2 and a 1/2 year old , who later couldn’t stop showing off and asking us all how we liked her new earrings 😍

From staff to service to quality of work and products, Kyra deserves more than 5 stars! They were very professional and provided me what I needed for immigration valuation of jewelry. Their staff’s customer service is wonderful and they deliver what they promise. I would definitely come back here again!

My experience of nose piercing and ear piercing with Kyracare were very satisfying., the staff is very supportive and friendly. They have good options in Jewellery too. thank you Kyracare for making me feel comfortable throughout the process of piercing.. keep it up

I went to Kyra to do the ear piercing for my 3.5 month old. Let me say I was not at all happy with their service. They didn't give us enough time to go over the ear rings and asked us to quickly move into the piercing room. Then the earring we selected was not available so we had to go with another one quickly. They had put a numbing lotion but pierced it fast, not sure if it was in effect. Also each ear took almost 2 minutes and my poor baby was screaming through out. The yellow part holding the ear ring did not come out properly and the nurse had to pull it out. Also while pulling it out the back stud of the earning fell to the floor and the nurse picked from floor and put it to straight at the back not sure what happened to the sterilization here. They never gave us a bill at all (AED. 550 for ear ring) and also hurried us up to pay. But since we paid using credit card at least we have some history. Also their after care is super expensive 80 dhs for a bottle and 40 dhs for the small gel. We got the gel. They took the email to send us the after care but we didn't receive any emails from them and we searched and did the after care. Overall I felt it was torture for my baby gal and us. I would never recommend KYRA due to their poor service and over price.

Great vendor!
I'm based in Zambia and bought several items on-line.
Kyra's customer interaction is impeccable, items are great quality, exactly as described on their site and their international delivery is blazing fast (in my case, 2 days)
Will definitely return to Kyra again and highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing jewelry online!
