  Why it shows it’s open online when it’s actually closed. Customer service are busy and not responding call also. We appreciate and trust this exchange but now it’s just making us upset. I had been there two times and still closed.Please do update actual information online.

  Not giving the cash deposited by my company (WPS) from past 2days saying some silly reasons..they also invalidated my smartpay card without my permission.. cant withdrw my own money for an emergency The employees has been trained from two days to give silly reasons that the system is down ,the server is down .blaa blaaa
  Today is 3rd day my smartpay card still not working , UAE exchange employees repeating the same reasons Will go again tommrw , if again they are playing will call the police
  If the employees are crossing the limits (VLOG will be uploaded in YouTube )..
  * 3-4 days running behind to get my own money
  Pathetic service ever.

  this is crazy!
  You walk 10' to arrive and then you see the exchange office is located after ticket gates. It means if you want to go to the shop you have to buy train ticket! 😂😂😂

  Excellent Exchange rates. I changed over to them as their rates are better and they have online transfer facility linked so tht you can do the transfer without going to the Exchange Centre
