I dont know if they have workers in the consulate of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I tried to call perhaps 1000 times but no once is attending the call.

Very disappointed!!!! i came here for visa information as i have UK valid visa so can i apply for Turkey e-visa and lady on reception said i think you can but I’m not sure but you can check with VFSwhat a informative answer remember this is Turkish consulate

We had very bad experience with the consulate.
1- The is no token machine instead you have to write your name to a sheet of paper. My name was skipped and I had to wait more than I should. When I said that I waited long the response was "you just waited 15 minutes more" instead of a sorry.
2- Staff has no customer service and customer handling skills. No professionalism. They process your request as if they are making you a favor. No smile, no welcome to the people coming to the consulate. They sometimes raise their voice or shout at people.
3- Staff are not able to speak proper and fluent English.
4- Responsiveness to phone and email is very lousy.response / report this review -

Its the most difficult and worse experience I ever had to get a visa, no one answers the phone, the form is hard to fill with lots of issues and server going down, and finally when I reached the appointment page, it doesn't work and shows me Turkish text, when i translated it to English, it said: We have no more slots availabile for the next 12 MONTHS! I am cancelling my booking

Worst experience applying for visa. Getting an appointment is an achievement. No answer to calls. I am at the verge of canclling my bookings!
