  Update: they open at 8 am (8:06 am to be precise) however the working hours on the store front is from 10 am

  They had good quality bikes. The staff were attentive and helpful.
  The place has a cafe in the shop. It was crowded, we came on a Friday evening.

  I have done my Bike Fitting Last week. Was just waiting to write review after few rides. Desmond, this guy is just amazing. I really feel comfy after the Fit (Even though i cant be Mark Cavendish or pogacar over night :-P) . Highly recommended.

  I've done servicing for my bike from Trek SZR branch. Their customer service is excellent. Especially, I would like to appreciate Mr.Billy, who was very supportive and advised all technical aspects for smooth riding. Thanks Billy and thank you Trek for your best service.

  Hi.
  
  I must say i have been numerous times to TREK SZR and to SAS as i found out that what they call the Al Qudra shop.
  
  I had the privilage to do a bike fitting with Desmond at the new FIT STUDIO at Sheikh Zayed Road they have. And what a wonderful experience. Got my bike all fitted to my body anatomy and am more comfortable since.
  
  The Team at Trek are Knowledgeable and very helpful they do go out of their way to assist. I even went into the store and asked them for something they do not stock and they went out of their way to hunt for it and found it once they received they gave me a call.
  
  I do get it that not all shops can get or hold the stock we are after but to have patients and have the Team be able to search does make it less stressful for me. And even if they can't find or get the item I will still be grateful to know they went out of their way.
