  Very bad customer service and rude crew. I you have a problem, you are on your own. Just bought a bike from them and the first ride, the holding handle got loose because it wasn't set up properly. And the brakes were fractioning. I took the bike to the shop in Business Bay. They fix on thing and another thing gets broken. They did not want to fix it and telling me it's normal, there is no friction at all etc. When I showed them the problems, they get angry and rude telling me my bike is not an expensive bike (it is not cheap as well) Finally, when I tested and told them that the brake is not working properly, they told me that there are 2 brakes on a bike (I didn't know that!!) and to use both. Thanks, but no thanks. Not coming back..

  A hidden gem of a bike shop in Tecom, but the guys answered my call to kindly help with a bike box for transporting my bikes by air. To find it, make a turn down the street directly in front of the Grand Millenium Hotel, towards a blue circular building. Parking is possible on the roadside

  Remembering the uniformly positive reviews of this shop, I stopped by the Bike shop Dubai when I was in the vicinity to get some help with a defective rear brake. The owner and his assistant wasted no time in finding that the brake cable was damaged and replacing it and the brake pads; then i was charged a very modest fee for this prompt, courteous, and appropriate service. I echo the hearty recommendations by others and will return for any further repairs.

  Amazing shop! Top range bikes in affordable price. I was able to pick up the bike on my own,but they also offer delivery. Very good service and professional advice.Instead of trying to convince me to buy the most expensive product, they really chose the best option for me. I would recommend this shop to all the bikers! Not only beginners but also advanced ones! A.
