I live in JLT and I use my bike to go to gym at Ibin batouta everyday, also I go to marina and Jbr using my bike, no matter what kind of service my bike needs (major/minor), the guys at Bikers are always there to help, very friendly staff and they really know what they are doing.
Prices aren't not dirt cheap as Deira/dragon mart, but to be honest they aren't expensive at all, actually for the type of service they provide they're very reasonable and affordable. There is no reason to take my bike anywhere else.
One point to mention is that the shop is very neat and clean.

Bought a second hand bike in pretty bad condition.. asked the guys at Bikers to service it and clean it up. Very happy with the result. Staff informed me on the phone of what needed doing before doing it. Thanks guys

Great service. Always willing to answer any questions you may have about products and bikes in general. Good advice and no hard sell or pushing to spend more money.

Been there a few times before and told myself never to set foot here again until I read in the review responses that there has been a change in management, so here I am strolling through the door again.
Turns out though the staff is still the same, they are still as unfriendly as ever, they still don't stock some of the most basic things. I don't usually leave reviews but the consistent and repeated bad service from this shop compelled me to, I will definitely not return despite the responses from the owner. However they managed to get 4 stars up here is a mystery to me unless they paid 'local guides' to do so. I write it as I see it. I would never advise anyone to fire a person but I would recommend to employ one person at least with basic people and sales skills. May be I was just unlucky and missed that person the 5 times I went to the shop who knows.

Dear Puya, Thank you for your response, I'd rather discuss this publicly. I did not come to your shop with any outer worldly expectations. But when you enter a shop where 3 employees sit/work and do not acknowledge you, or greet you until you actually prompt them to talk to you, it means bad business for you, and shows a poor sales training (on several occasions, this is not an isolated event). Your staff was fully aware of me being in the shop, I was courteous and I said hello with no response every time I came in (bar once a couple of years ago where I got a hello). I once spent almost 5 minutes waiting at the front desk, I kept quiet just to see if ever one of your people would actually notice my existence in your shop, and it is not a big shop where customers would go unnoticed, especially when they are staring right at you for 5 minutes with an 'I have a question look' You currently do not have competent sales staff, they may excel as mechanics but you need to employ someone who at least says hello or engages a customer who walks in the door, bare minimum, I don't expect to be called Sir but a 'hello, how can I help you' goes a long way or 'I will be with you shortly' if they are busy. And keeping a bare minimum of courtesy during a conversation other than, "we don't have it" or "we no longer have it" with the undertone of please leave Whatever the items were I was seeking is irrelevant. A modicum of courtesy and manners is required when you offer services. Your employees represent your business. The way they act reflects on your reputation. I do not blame your staff because it is your job to make sure your staff is actually happy in their work place. Happy trained staff make much better impressions and increases sales. Whatever you have in stock, or are going to have in the future won't change the fact that potential customers like me are going to keep walking out because they feel unwelcome in your store the moment they walk in the door. I for one will go to the competition even if it is miles away, but I wish you the best of luck for the future as you seem to wish to improve . So all the best.

Nobody has any clue about anything and no prices on items. Spent 20 minutes with the service staff clueless even how to ring up the item. Left empty handed.

Worst experience. Rude staff. I waited for 30 mints and no one helped me. They didn’t even bothered that there is a customer.

My suggestion is never go there.

Although the staff wasn't too interested at first, they helped out and had me rolling on my wheels soon afterwards.

Cool store, been there a few times to service my bike. They have plenty of stock for any of your biking needs at reasonable prices. However the staff isn't that friendly and a poor job of explaining but at least they get the task done correctly. Overall good place for buy and repair bikes for city bikers.

Went here a few times it's always a good experience. I got my bike serviced here after it was out on my balcony for a year and they made it brand new for a fraction of the price any other bike shop in UAE was willing to work on it.

Very cool place :) bought 2 bikes at a reasonable price
After service and accesories optuons not that great, the mechanic couldn't figure out how to put a basket in one of the bikes (or he did but didnt want to go the extra mile to do the minor tuning it needed to fit it)
