I have visited this store whilst I was in Dubai with my family , it was my best experience in Tiffany ever , a very nice lady and gentlemen served me , her name was Susan she introduced me to the manager Philip the feeling was just amazing he offered me free cleaning and my diamonds where so sparkling afterwards. Susan did everything perfectly unfortunately they size was not available and we had no time to order the ring .

A true artist creates worlds. NYC scenes and buildings by New York illustrator Timothy Goodman are an iconic backdrop for new designs from the Paloma’s Graffiti collection. Inspired by the street art of the city and written in her own hand, the looping, fluid lines of the collection spell out some of Paloma’s most heartfelt sentiments.

Blue blazes. Tiffany introduced tanzanite to the world in 1968 after discovering it in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Now, the deep blue-violet gemstone joins a bouquet of diamonds in new Tiffany Paper Flowers™ designs, as seen in "This Is Tiffany." Tiffany Paper Flowers™ diamond and tanzanite cluster necklace.

Today visited Tiffany's in Dubai Mall to look at earrings to match a necklace and bracelet I bought my wife for xmas at another Tiffanys in Dubai on Dec. The experience in December was good but today it was awesome thanks to Adam who attended to us. That guy was so helpful, nice, enthusiastic and friendly that it made our visit delightful. To say he went above and beyond making sure we were catered for is an understatement.

Thanks again Adam for your personal attention given to us we will definitely return to your store for future shopping.

What a pleasant experience and overall great time we had with a very nice young man who couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy.

Hi Tiffany&co, I opened my Christmas gift and found that the airplane charm missing a propeller. I came to Dubai to visit my boyfriend and am scheduled to fly out tonight. So we quickly rushed back to the Dubai mall and asked for an exchange. We had hope with the credit card my boyfriend bought it with, the exchange would be smooth as he couldn't find the receipt he had tugged away from me.

When we entered the store, we went up to the sales representative who sold my boyfriend the necklace. She then shuffled us to her coworker and went to help other customers. Later on, we explained to the store manager about the urgency of the case as I am scheduled to fly out of Dubai in the next 6 hours. He expressed his sympathy and apologies but stated this cannot be done until the case was reported to the office.

We understood that it was difficult on Christmas to reach the office but also thought it's ridiculous that the store couldn't just pull out the purchase information with the credit card. My boyfriend also has his profile in the system. And because I'm flying back to Taiwan, we requested to have the new charm sent to Tiffany in Taiwan. The request was also denied.

I had shopped frequently in the past at Tiffany in Canada and this experience with Tiffany Dubai was very disappointing especially on Christmas. I thought I'd be flying out of Dubai with a plane charm on my neck to represent my boyfriend as a pilot. Deeply let down by Tiffany's customer service on such Merry holiday. Now whether the plane charm as one or two propellers, it's going to bring back bad memory.

    Dear Tiffany& Co.:

I am writing to you today because I had a really bad experience in your store at Dubai mall.

I bought a Tiffany Victoria™ pendant in platinum with diamonds necklace in Nov last year and sent it for polishing about half a month ago to your store in Dubai Mall.

When I went to pick it up, I saw a metal ball and wire inside. I expressed my doubt to Bassel, the gentleman who works in the store, however, he said it is normal and it is nothing, and picked it out. When I got home, and watched it carefully, I saw the edge was kind of rough, not as smooth as it was.

I went to the store today with my friend because I left my own ring there. I told Bassel my concern to see whether he could solve it because the necklace is a gift and I want to try my best to keep it in perfect condition. However, what he said and how he treated us makes me so disappointed.

First of all, I explained to him the problem by using “scratch” which maybe not the right word for the condition because English is not my mother tongue. However I showed him. And he checked a new necklace with a magnifier in the store, he couldn’t find any roughness, then he said he couldn’t see because it is a smaller size. He said to me, my necklace is perfect and it is meant-to-be (since when Tiffany downgrades her standards??). But the roughness is so obvious, you cannot just deny. I tried to tell him it was not like this before. Then he said for sure it was not from polishing but from being worn (I wear it everyday but not filing it with a knife). What we want to see is you try everything to help, if you try and fail, it is fine. I understand there is not always a resolution to all the problems. But I will feel better. However, this gentleman just pretend he did understand what we were saying, and playing wording with me. He makes me feel I am an idiot who does not speak proper English and does not know how to express myself. I was really upset and said “it was not my necklace, it was shit”. Sorry for the word used. He said something like “do you know jewelry” and “how much do you know about jewelry”, I feel really offended. I am not an expert, but I know how my necklace was. I don’t know much about jewelry, that’s why I pay twice or triple the price to buy Tiffany because I believe Tiffany always gives the best jewelry to the customers hundred years after hundred years. Perfect design, best quality, with time nothing changes.

I love Tiffany, that’s why I care about my necklace. Literally, he did not say anything impolite. It is the way he said it and how he presented it. I went there for help, but he made me feel I am a big problem and not welcomed.

At last, I would like to say Tiffany lost a customer. The bad customer service makes the most shining jewelry dusty.
