Such high priced uniform and kachra quality. But the good part of the store is those youngsters working very hard daily. Especially those cashiers when the ac wasn’t working.

The review:
- Not the greatest uniform store.
- Half the things are out of stock.
- It's a pain to reach this place.
- The staff don't know what's in store and what's not.
- The quality of the uniforms is not that good.
- The uniforms for most GEMS schools are available here.
- The place is glooms and doesn't have a good ambience.
- The uniforms are overpriced, 60 AED for a shirt.

Order for my daughters school made to measure dress on al nahda. Its 35 days since that and then they put wrong logo on the uniform. Since that , I called 5 times they said we call you within half an hour but they didnot.Now still they are not responding , as i am waiting for the uniform. Very bad experience.

This review is only for the product and not the services. We were not happy with the quality of the fabric as it tore in the first week of school by a simple fall on the ground, while in the previous years, their uniform from a different supplier lasted the full year without any damage despite all the falls, etc.

This place I visited with my family for my 4 year kids planning for Uniform for GEMS West Minister School Al Qusais. Place is good inside but it’s little hard to get through google maps I don’t know why. They mentioned as Opp. to MAI towers but there is one huge big signal to reach here it takes 15 minutes in car rounding off from lulu hypermarket round about then from NMC signal left then round about left etc to reach this place. This is actually Opp to Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments Al Qusais.
Threads Al Nahda has only few GEMS school uniforms & Threads Burdubai has few GEMS schools. So parents see the photos I uploaded and reach these locations as I went to Burdubai store for TWS School and did not find this school uniform and we were advised to go Al Nahda Dubai.
Timings seems to be 9 Am - night 9 pm I believe. So kindly visit their website and visit
Sales team at this store are very helpful in getting our kids the perfect sizes, manager of this store is kind too. Prices seems to be little higher side but should wait and see their quality after using.

The stitching quality is good. The uniforms for IHS,Al Sadiq,our own and few others are sold at this store. They give the best service by quick stitching and providing ready made suits for every sizes.

They provide uniform and related accesories for all Gems group school, the service they render is like pitstop services for all uniform and gems brand standard which will avoid parents visting multiple places for their kids In general when school reopen moat of the time stcok wont be there and for the price still the quality of cloth can be improved

This is a store , which is not at all recommendable. They dont have enough sizes, no quality and high price. Two dress i bought its torn by now (3 months). when i went to store to get another one (just because KGS have only provided this store details) its just not me , all parents are complaining about the quality and size availability. not at all recommendable.

Poor and delayed service. Mostly out of stock for certain required sizes. Very crowded thru the year because it enjoys monopoly driven by schools. Staff have poor attitude. Cash counter always has a queue. Over priced.

WORST.. Never sizes are found. Couldnt contact them through their TOLL free number or even their direct telephone number. Its going to FAX after so many ringings to check if the required size has come or not , without going there many times.

Threads are absolutely useless in terms of quality and service. The sizes have shrunk from last year and they never have stocks. They told me that they will deliver in 4 days and made me pay in advance. They didn't deliver for the next 4 weeks and I had to make a 3rd visit and shout at them. They have employed school children who know nothing. Absolutely disappointing. I have decided to never buy from them again and I am also escalating this to the school authorities who are promoting them.

1.fraud cashiers:(RAQUEL VENEGAS) the price of a pant is 42 dhs but when i went to the cashier he scanned the same top twice and said the pant was of same price which is 50 dhs. please dont cheat on customers atleast. please see the attached picture for proof
2.worst staff everbunch of pakistani idiots hired who dont even have any idea of clothe sizes or even the pricesi spent 1 hour to buy a pair of uniform for my sister, nobody responds nicely everyone seems not interested or trying to keep themselves busy.

Had visited al nahda threads to get my kids grade 1 uniform, first of all sizes were not available and the people over there have limited knowledge about the stocks and availability of items presume most of them are students who does part time jobs. Quality of items are pathetic with first wash color is fading and it spoiled the white shirts, even after 1 month of school opening we haven't got school P. T uniform, totally not satisfied with threads.

This is not capable to deliver all the uniforms for all ages as required. Dealing is also not good and unable to fulfil customer's satisfaction.
I also suugest to all relevant schools that cancel all the contracts with this company as soon as possible.
