Dubai airport is fast and Swift Digitisation have changed the time frame now no more waiting
Take the arrival docs of cargo
Make the Bill entre
Take the Bill entre for docs booking
Get the docs booking time with payment but remmember to take cash , thier is no card payment
After booking you get message on your mobile the booking of cargo delivery time and the location
Remmember to bill entre and id card with you
GATE only open through scanning of your vechile
Only registered or spot booking vechile can only entre
Take the cargo ar the apoiantes time and that is done

It is a good experience. Only problem is waiting time. I went there to collect personal items. There is a guy in the front of office to help us with the procedure very clearly. So you will come to know what to do and which order you need to move. First get deposit order after paying handling charges and storage charges if any. Later go to Dubai customs. Pay money in cash to customs and get the papers and proceed to parcel collection center. You will be assisted with a guy on where to go. Later if inspection is required then you have to wait there till you item comes and meet the officer to get clearance signature and seal and then proceed to collect you items in pick up. Pick up is available there itself. And the custom officers are really respectable and patient with us. If you planning to take items in your vehicle or vehicle arranged by you then you need to call the guy after getting clearance and gate pass. Otherwise the driver and vehicle need to wait for long time. Overall it is good and I didnt have any issues over there.

No one informe me when my shipment come and ask me to bay for storage why where the system where the manager no body talk arabic no manger i can talk to why this happen in Dubai no interested in to contact me to collect my shipment plz i need some one to see my case and solve my problem in Dubai Cargo in emerates cargo
