  Service is very slow. If you leave upto them they will never deliver your stuff. Would never recommend to any friend

  This is by far the worst and most unreliable laundry service I’ve dealt with in Dubai. They never deliver on time, they always wait on you to call to remind them that they need to deliver your laundry, and they’ve managed to ‘lose’ two very expensive shirts of mine. If you care about your clothes, avoid The Laundry Basket like the plague

  The worst laundry service ever. Just because you are not regular customer, they charge you extra 50%. Worst laundry company ever.

  Worst experience ever. First of all they never deliver unless you call them and politely ask for them to come. Second of all my wife handed in a scarf which they completely ruined. After we complained about it they told us that they have never had our scarf. Later they came around collected the scarf and wanted to fix it. Since then we have never heard from them again. Unprofessional company

  Awful experience as spoiled fabric of new pair of my husband's trousers (tailor-made). Fabric not only spoiled, but shrunk , so they became very short and button does not close at all. When asked for reimbursement, they disappear and do not want to deal with us at all and still keeping the trousers with them, after collected for supposedly "checking" what happened. Do not trust them with your items, as once they also brought me somebody's else shirt

  They forget to return your laundry unless you call them. Never on time. Forgot a few things while delivering and returned it after 3 days.
