5* Unbelievable Level Of Service!! Amazing customer care and everything came back perfectly clean, smelling fresh, soft and well pressed. Individually hung shirts, t-shirt & carefully packed in a bag small items, still warm even. :-)

Not only that.. While not realising the time I was out in JLT and the driver offered to come and give me a lift back home to Ibis Al Barsha. I was very impressed with this kindness and proffesionalism towards customer service. Keep up the good work The Laundry Hub!

I have sent my Comforter on Fridays at 2pm and they said it will be delivered at 8pmbut I have work to do so I called them at 6pm to inform that just adjust the delivery at 9pm since as advertised in their website they deliver 24 hoursbut the driver called me and said he will come only after 11:00 , then I called again he said 11:30pmomg, guys think twice herejust sharing my personal experience hereby the way they charged me 50 aed for a single comforterI thought it worth it since I will not pick it up😓😓😓

Happen to be more expensive than all the other laundry service ( same service in quality etc). Laundry delivery guy calls up at 11pm to see if it’s ok to deliver.mah

Very very very bad service.
- Arrived late around 2 hours from scheduled time
- Charged 10 aed more than what was written on their website for Abaya
- White cloth turned grey from their washing
- Clothing still needs ironing after Delivery

Whilst on holidays I thought I'd use this service, they booked a pick up time of 2 pm and by 7pm still not collected. They say there coming but never show up! I've used others internationally for a fantastic outcome, even china was same day service. I'd say consider another company!

With how they are doing their services with the clothes is fine at first few occasions that I booked for laundry. Then there's this incident that they picked up the clothes 2:30 in the afternoon and you are expecting it to be delivered the same time the following day, nothing was delivered and the guy on their customer service just kept telling after 30 minutes or after 1 hour and I waited until 6pm and yet my laundry is not yet delivered. I need to pick up a very important thing and it has been delayed due to their services. And all they can say is: IT WILL BE DELIVERED, IT WILL BE DELIVERED. But actually, I just waisted 4 hours of my time.

I have used this service 4 or 5 times in the past year. They do a good job on cleaning and pressing clothes but are horrible at timeliness. Rug took over a month to be returned, clothes are usually delivered with 48 hours of scheduled time. Most recently I waited for my 30 minute pick up time they never showed.

Great service and a quick one.. Zeshan the driver is so friendly and helpful . 24 hours and my dry clean/ laundry / ironing is back to me no worries always clean and tidy :)

They returned my Armani shirt in tatters. There is 15 cm of the bottom missing. Appears it got caught in the machine and ripped it off. Very noticeable and still returned like nothing was wrong. Stay away

Hi,

I moved to Dubai 7 months ago and ever since I have been using The Laundry Hub. Their services have been excellent thus far and my representative, Mir Ali, has gone out of his way to suit my laundry needs. My laundry is always delivered within 24 hours - very reliable! I can drop my clothes off at the concierge in my building, simply send Mir a message and he will collect and deliver it to concierge which means I do not need to spend any time waiting. I can trust Mir so when I forget items in my clothes, he lets me know immediately and returns it with my laundry. Mir will also let me know in advance that he will be in my area so that I can get my clothes done sooner - this is great because sometimes I forget about laundry. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed, and if I have any special requests like having my pants altered he will have that seen to as well.

Thanks Mir and The Laundry Hub for taking great care of my laundry needs! I will keep recommending your services to my friends and colleagues.

Tried using this service while on vacation in Dubai to help a local small business but they were so inefficient that it cost more losing valuable vacation time than it saved money over the Sheraton hotel cost. One issue that wasn't their fault was the Sheraton Dubai creek said they would cover the laundry bill cost while I was out of the hotel and I could pay it with my hotel bill but the Sheraton employee was mistaken so laundry hub didn't leave the laundry but laundry Hub didn't call me while the delivery driver was still at the hotel to let me know if any issues came up like they said they would. After that Laundry Hub didn't return 3 calls to let me know when they would return like they said they would and they couldn't reach the delivery driver by cell phone or text. Don't take a chance if you're visiting, just use the hotel even though the hotel outsources laundry and increases the price, at least they can guarantee you'll have the laundry when you need it.
