Damaged Italian curtains worth 7000 AED. Received shrink curtains 5 cm in the length. Asked to measure second pair before delivery, woman in support named Cris consistently lied and never committed to do all promised in the process. Very unprofessional, completely irresponsible. Before agreeing to process the job they reassured that they’ve done the expertise and will be no damage. Isn’t it a damage to receive short curtains 5 cm in the length?
Also they didn’t provide any receipt upon collection. I wrote email and many texts asking for invoice but they simply ignore all.response / report this review -

The team is very professional. I called them for cleaning sofa, which has more old stains and dust. It looks much better than before. They gave a good discount price too. Thank you Zaiyna team.

I went here when I had to have two interview dresses dry-cleaned for an interview. They allowed me to pick up one dress and change into it before my interview (they have a little screened off area), and I came back later in the day to pick up the other dress and pay! How easy is that! And the dry-cleaning quality was great to boot.

Excellent and professional laundry service at a good price. They use green products and are environmentally friendly. They deliver and pick up but do not speak very good English and this can cause misunderstanding.

Very disappointed. They ruined one very expensive dress, did not take responsibility for it or reimboursed the cost so that i could get a new one. I do not recommend it.

DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER. TWICE they lost my shirt, and out of the two times they only found one of the shirts the other was lost and blamed me for it!!! They also refused too compensate me for the shirt and pay me the value even though i provided them with the cost of what i paid for.This used to be a good dry cleaners but the quality has gone down hill completely. If you value your clothes DO NOT SEND your things to this dry cleaners!!

Zayna Laundry is one of the best laundry services in Dubai I stayed at a hotel and used Zayna multiple times and every time they impressed me with their service ontime pickup and drop offs, very responsive on WhatsApp, great prices and the delivery/pickup driver, Sam is very courteous and patient (when he had to wait for me for long in the hotel lobby) I strongly recommend Zayna Laundry!

I can only give 5 stars to Zaiyna for their service. From pick up and drop of the garments at my home to the actual quality of laundry services, they are very professional and very courteous. I would recommend Zaiyna to anyone who would ask. They treated all our garments with care taking care of type of material and accordingly decided on how to treat them.
