The room is nice, comfortable and it’s feels really big. Nice complementary chocolate is + 😋
Breakfast is really reasonably good, a lot of pastries and many other food.
The swimming pool is clean, contains towels and baby play area.
Gym is open 24/7 that’s also big +
Park doors is just in front, you are not loosing any min to enjoy it!
I’m totally recommending to stay in this hotel! Great experience!response / report this review -

The experience here is beyond excellent. First and before anything, I must thank Bernard, whom we met at dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. His cheerful and welcoming attitude made us enjoy the experience even more. It was my daughter's birthday, and as soon as he found out he arranged for two characters to come and sing to her and arranged a small makeshift birthday cake from donuts. 🙂. The hotel itself is another world. The rooms are based on Warner Brothers' cartoon characters, and attention to detail is seen in everything from the fridge style to the speakers in the room. Thank you to everyone who made our experience so enjoyable! 🙂🙂🙂

It's the best experience ever for my family and I, Bao the front desk receptionist welcomes us with a friendly smile and polite. Maurice the bellman is so helpful and kind. We will definitely make a comeback.
The room is super clean and spacious, the amenities is complete. The bed is super comfy. Kids love the bunk bed so much.response / report this review -

Great experience. The room is comfortable, contains everything you may need. We had a pool-view one and our daughter was excited watching a movie from the room - there is a huge screen next to the water pool where cartoons are shown (probably) 24/7 :)
There were tickets to the parks included so the price was very reasonable.
We had HB option and that both breakfast and dinner were super tasty! Nice variety, many options for the kids and I loved a grilled meat. Ducky Duck visited a restaurant during the meal and even increased my daughter's impression :D
People in the hotel are very friendly and supportive. The only exception was Mrs. Pretty who was so cold at the reception desk when we arrived. While she was processing our check-in, her colleague joined her to share some basic info for us and we got nothing from Mrs. Pretty. But that was the only incident.
I've never booked any hotels next to amusement parks before and I am sure I will do that in the future for sure.response / report this review -

Love it from start to the end. All hotel staff are so kind and friendly to my kid. The room is so cute. Breakfast is fantastic! We love this them park hotel. Even after we came back home for a month, my kid is still nostalgic and wants to go back again! Great job to services in this hotel. We had a blast here. Thank you❤️
