This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Truly they deserve 5 stars. Facilities and services were on top. Clean rooms, amazing pools and spas. Food was delicious. We will not forget the amazing breakfast.
Special thanks for Mr. Ahmad keshk he was truly helpful.
You should book 2 or more nights to enjoy the facilities and the luxurious atmosphere.

Check in was smooth for us. The lady that was at the counter was friendly and helpful.
Theme park tickets were included in our stay, which was excellent.
Cleanliness of the rooms are good.
Breakfast buffet has a decent spread. However it can get crowded and congested. The few days that we've been here, it has always been like this and there was even a day when it was so congested that there wasn't any staff to guide us to a table.
We did have time issues with delivery of their in-room dining, but this was acknowledged, explained and I received an apology the same day I wrote this review. The in room dining service staff are very friendly. They made my day being my birthday and they delivered treats to us on our last day of stay here. I request that the staff are not blamed for the issue mentioned, but just that these points are noted to improve the experience for the next customers and process improvements to the services.
I'd also like to give an acknowledgement here to a staff named Lama. He was very friendly and also created a grand towel art for us in our room on our last day here, which was a very lovely surprise.response / report this review -

An amazing hotel. We had a family connecting room and it was the best and most comfortable we’ve ever stayed in. Location is perfect. Taxis are only £3/4 each to the parks so we didn’t bother with the free bus too often but it was handy. The beach club was awesome also, such a brilliant place.

Hotel staff are wonderful - I’d like to give a special commendation to Victor at the breakfast buffet. He goes above and beyond, and always helps with a smile. Breakfast selection is large and always fresh. The room is nicely appointed with quality linens with a gorgeous view of the bay. The pool is big, clean, and carefully attended by lifeguards. The staff at the Capila restaurant are always great, too.

One of the best hotels in the Yas island. Service is top notch. Rooms are big and comfortable with loads of space. Restaurants are great with a wide variety. The location is also great as you have access for the strip behind the hotel with a lot of food options. If you want to have a quick bite , go clubbing or just have a walk at night. They will also offer you tickets to the Ferrari world and different activities on the island. Highly recommended.
