Beautiful hotel with three lovely pools to choose from - which includes an adults only pool with a bar! The staff were so great, really helpful and gave us a warm cookie upon check in 😍 we will definitely be back when we next need to stay on Yas Island!

Great experience from the entrance of the hotel to the room. The rooms are themed and Tom and Jerry moves around the hotel. The service is exceptional, thanks to Stella our housekeeper for ensuring our room is clean and tidy, Marvin for the luggage assistance and the best apartment tour and orientation.

My only issue is that the water in the shower was lukewarm until I asked them to adjust it. After that it was good. The room was very nice and the store downstairs had some good food to snack on. The location is good if you are visiting Yas Island and would probably work well for a overall Abu Dhabi visit as well. The staff was great zu would stay here again for sure.

My family stayed at Double Tree by Hilton for a month before coming to Korea. There was a clean room and friendly staff, so I had a very comfortable time.
In particular, Riya, a front office worker, welcomed us so kindly and warmly.

Great location if you're going to theme parks. Some are walking distance.
Rooms are big and spacious.
Cleaning service is only every 2 days or so and they do not wash your dishes and sometimes dont even wipe the kitchen counters.
But there are 3 swimming pools to choose from. Great for kids and kids at heart.response / report this review
