Great location residence, almost 10mn by car to everywhere :)
Great view, always clean building.
French bakery, zabeel house is inside of the tower as well.

Mixed residential and commercial complex. Proximity to metro station and/public transport, green parking next door, it can be quite a busy place with little traffic here and there but generally I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to live in a place where you don’t have to go so far to have access to the things you may need. Emirates NBD full service bank downstairs on the ground floor, security is excellent both from the commercial and residential lobby’s

Not a silent place for leaving as the major highway is too closed. Staff is friendly but no free car parking for visitors as you will pay 10 dhs per hour. High secured. There is a office tower of Onyx and lighting systems i found very unprofessional as corridors are too dark seems. Windows views are fine as one of the side you can see the sea abd other side a beautiful creature of THE GREEN area.

The location is great and the the main staff is friendly and professional.
However, the interior of the apartments are second rate. Definitely not high end or luxury.
Hot water heater is entirely to small. 3-5 min max shower. No chance for the bath
Drains have a tendency to smell throughout the complex.
The night club and traffic can be heard throughout the apartments. Regularly the music can be heard through the walls till 2300 hours.
It is in a safe community and the building management does the best they can.
However, if you are planning on moving in, expect to upgrade your appliances, paint walls and change the water heater. It is way overpricedresponse / report this review
