Their public dealing is pathetic, I called them and a lady named Rania answered my call. She spoke with such an arrogance as if she owns whole Dubai.
Be careful if you are planning to rent or purchase any property through them and if you still want to make a deal then try not to do it with Ms. Rania. This lady is arrogant and has no manners at all. I really hope someone resoponsible at the company gets to read this review and take necessary actions.response / report this review -

The owner Mr Abdul Rehman is the kindest man and the way he treats the customer epitomizes Emirati culture, i first met him when my 6 month old baby was with me and the way he treated us very respectful.

I am writing this after i have fed up with how this building is being managed with this unprofessional way at all.
Starting with maintenance which has a horrible service and unprofessional labors and even they can not understand us while complaining.
When we are complaining for anything , the answer is the owner didn't pay the service charges !!!!!! Is it my fault that he didn’t pay it.
Furthermore, the parking card was block for 3 weeks and i had to call the security to open it for me.
What if i had a big issue in my apartment , i have to suffer because his highness didn't pay the service charges ?!!!!!!!
Also , Even my cheques is being cleared late.response / report this review
